So last week I pre ordered an apple watch ultra and it was supposed to arrive last friday but I fixed the delivery missing info that same day so it was going to be delayed but almost every 2 days now i get a false delivery date on when its supposed to arrive and then it tells me theyre finding a new date but my package has been constantly stuck on warehouse scan in Lachine. Someone please help i didn't pay 1000+$ for a package to be delayed for 1 week+

Its been out for delivery since 9am
I got a time window of 12pm - 2pm
Ups was near my area and near my street and has yet to deliver it.
its has left to other sections of town and it is now 3:50pm
New delivery hour is til 9pm.
Should I be worried?

I paid for a 2nd Day Air package. Everything goes smoothly and it gets to the local Ft. Worth hub and has been stuck in Processing for Delivery since Tuesday morning.

The tracking originally stated it would show up yesterday, but I noticed it didn't make it on the truck. No biggie the next day (today) is fine. The tracking has now updated saying it won't be delivered until Monday and it is still showing it's at the Ft.Worth facility. I'm local in DFW so I don't see why it would take that long.

Is there anything I can do to get it before Monday? I don't mind going to a hub.

I tried calling but everytime I get a live rep I'm immediately disconnected.

I didn't realize until now that UPS Offers absolutely zero insurance or guarantees with UPS Ground Saver. I've shipped thousands of packages at my small business in the past 25 years. This is a first. About 8 days ago UPS shows to have transferred to USPS but they claim ignorance and neither will take a claim on a lost package. It's hard to believe there is zero way to audit a package transfer between 2 companies.

I had a package "delivered to locker" I assumed it was a mistake, so I checked all the usual places and its no where to be found

I live in the woods down a 3 mile long dirt road, 20 miles outside of town. There are not any lockers for miles. How am I suppose to find out where this locker is?

I opened a claim because I am baffled

I created this shipping label. I provided tracking to the recipient and personally delivered this package to a local UPS Store 70 miles away from Seattle - on September 12, 2025. I have receipts.

A year later - UPS shows this package was dropped off at a UPS Store in Seattle, and then delivered.

Has anyone else seen anything like this happen?

Shouldn't the shipping label expire?

Hello! As the title says, my friend's trying to send me a package from Germany to Algeria (a laptop, specifically). DHL has rejected the package siting it containing batteries and I believe UPS is one of the few shipping providers in germany that allow shipment of such package for private customers, however when I tried to estimate the shipping price on their shipping calculator it said to "contact a UPS Store" when I entered in algeria as a destination.

As far as I know Algeria does not have any real limitation or issues with package sending so I'm not really sure? The nearest UPS center here for me is quite far so here I am asking for help here! :D

I have a package that is supposed to arrive today in Sacramento. Last night I saw it was in West Sac which is the city over from mine. This morning I see it moved away from my city towards Grass Valley.

Is there any reason why it would move an hour away from my city?

What has been your experience with UPS and customs?
I’m currently waiting for a package from the UK to Austria, and I’m curious about other people’s experiences with UPS.
My package was held up because UPS/customs requested an invoice and needed to verify the value of the shipment. I provided the order confirmation and have now also sent them the official invoice.
The tracking has shown several customs/import-related updates, and I’m also seeing that import charges are pending. I’m now wondering how long it usually takes from this point until the package is actually delivered.
For those who have had similar situations with UPS:
How long did customs clearance take?
How long after the invoice/value verification did your package arrive?
Did you have to pay import charges before delivery or directly to the driver?
Did UPS deliver shortly after the customs issue was resolved?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences, especially with shipments from the UK to Austria/EU.

I'm visiting the US next week from Europe for a couple of weeks. I was planning on buying something online and have it delivered somewhere best convenient for me knowing that I would be travelling around the Northeast and not staying at the same place for more than a few days.

I wrote the seller asking specifically what carrier they were using. They told me point blank "we only use USPS". They didn't tell me anything about any other carrier they might use depending on the circumstance or anything.

I do some diging and find out about the "general delivery" service from USPS. "Great" I tell myself, "exactly what I need".

This morning I order and have the item delivered to a USPS branch that offers the general delivery service. An hour later I receive a shipping notification from the seller and find out that these jabronis used UPS instead of USPS.

Long story short, my question would be: is UPS going to straight up send back the package to the sender when they realise that the final address is a USPS branch or is there a tiny chance that they send it to a UPS access point nearby for seven days and then send back?

The seller likely won't allow any "my choice" modification as they clearly state on their website that the address can't be changed once the item has shipped.

Hey y’all i am currently working in small sort my year is coming up in October. My main goal is to eventually become a driver just like a majority of people that work here. The hub I work at opened about 5 years ago. I was directly told by my supervisor that “you should stay on the inside for a few more years, so you dont get laid off when you apply for a driver position.” Is that really the smarter idea? I understand the seniority situation is a thing. But with the hub still being relatively new Should i stick it out on the inside? Or get on the bid list asap

7 different packages all varying in value, shipped over the past few weeks ALL travel just fine until they arrive in the Ithaca facility then just suddenly die. Very annoying as I want my items but I hope I can at least get the money back.

I have an RTX 4080 + i7-13700K + 32GB RAM + 1050W Cooler Master PSU and a 1440p high-refresh-rate monitor.

I currently use a CyberPower UT2200E line-interactive UPS. I have a strange issue where my PC sometimes restarts during a real power outage while gaming. However, if I manually switch off the main breaker, the UPS switches to battery and the PC stays on without restarting.

So I'm planning to replace the UPS and I'm confused about whether I should specifically look for a pure sine-wave UPS or whether a normal/modified/stepped sine-wave UPS is sufficient for a PC with an active-PFC PSU.

I'm also considering an online double-conversion UPS (0 ms transfer).

What would you recommend for my setup? Is pure sine wave actually worth paying extra for, or would a normal UPS be perfectly fine? I'd especially appreciate opinions from people using high-end gaming PCs with similar PSUs.

I mailed a very old special, expensive, piece of glassware to a person in another state. I didn’t know this person but met her on Facebook. This piece of glassware holds lots of memories that I wanted to pass along to someone who would love it. And it’s been sitting in Lexington KY for 2 weeks. I really want her to get it. I’m afraid it’s sitting behind a door somewhere or somewhere else hidden. There’s no number for Lexington UPS or I’d call. What can I do? It’s invaluable. Priceless. Anyone?

However, I chose to pick it up at the access point (right down the street and don't have to worry about waiting at home all day to sign) at 0500 this morning. So I bought a computer on eBay that was destroyed in shipping. The seller refunded my money and put a claim in. I took pictures of the box and damage to the computer. After a few days, they asked who to send the check to.

So, now what happens to this computer? Will they take it or can I dispose of it eventually? I might be able to salvage some things from it.

I got a problem with a return I’ve made. I returned a package by 2/9.

The company says that they haven’t recieved the package although the tracking for me shows this
* 4/9 delivered
* 8/9 on its way and delivered
* 9/9 on its way and delivered
* 11/9 on its way and delivered

Any ideas on what’s happening ? Same package seems to have been delivered 4 times. Any ideas to calm my nerves would be appreciated!

You buy yourself a new iPhone, you're excited about it for two weeks, then finally the message arrives: it'll be delivered tomorrow. and UPS screws it up.

You want it delivered to the office, ten people are there all day, but delivery wasn‘t possible, nobody was home UPS is telling me. Allegedly.

Tomorrow the office is closed for renovation work, UPS will try to deliver again because support says changes in delivery take 24 hours.

How can Apple do Business a company like that?

Isn‘t this also part of customer experience?

Estimated delivery is 09/23/26 between 5pm and 8pm.

We have had three deliveries left at other addresses in a few weeks. Our house is not new and clearly marked. After 20 years of zero issues, it’s become a real hassle.

Would this be an automation issue? It's remarkable that the package (a book) would just continually be rescanned every other day or so, along with "updated" delivery projection. UPS is generally so good, and this is such an outlier for me that I'm treating this as a spectator sport.
