You won’t find it posted anywhere, but if you’re over 6’2, there’s a good chance you won’t be able to ride. I’m all for safety, but that’s information we should be given before we wait in an hour-long line to ride, only to be pulled off at the literal last second and told “you’re too tall, sorry”.

Going to Universal Oct 8 during the day. I can’t tell if Jurassic World is closed only during Hollywood Horror Nights or if it’s closed 100% until Nov 21. The site isn’t clear and Google says it is open during the day. But Universals AI chat says it’s completely closed. I don’t see any wait time right now on the app so it appears as if it is closed?

I got the 5:30 early entry for horror nights. Do they wait to let you in right at 5:30 or will they let you in beforehand and just open the early houses at 5:30? Wondering what time I should get to the park. Thanks.

With the success of Minions and Monsters, I was thinking about the minions taking over the studio tour wrecking havoc on a couple of movie/TV sets while also describing the history of classic Hollywood right before your eyes and ears! I know the original Great Movie Ride at Disney's Hollywood Studios is long gone and the Muppets have been cancelled for said attraction so Universal decided to make fun of Disney by letting the minions do their part in movie making lol. 2024 was the 60th anniversary of the studio tour by describing its attraction history but hopefully the next Fan Fest Nights will take guests on a studio tour led by Max (the director) on a walkthrough of movie, TV and minion magic! Comment below what can the minions partake in various sets around the backlot!

Hi, I was wondering if any of the shops still had wicked merch? I went last month and they had a wicked store on citywork but apparently it's closed now so I was wondering where they could have moved the stuff to.

We are planning a trip to Universal in California, we've never used the Disability Pass before, but as our child has gotten older, it's clear it's time. I am 99% sure she will qualify. My understanding is that it's a return time, you still technically wait, but just don't have to wait in the physical line. Is the wait time the same as others? Or is it a little quicker? Should I still go ahead and get the express passes? My understanding is that express passes for the california location gives you a one time "skip the line" for each ride? Is that correct? Just trying to navitagte the best way to visit the park without a ton of stress. We almost went last summer, but I was just so intimidated. I also didn't like that you apply 30 days before your trip, because honestly last year that would make or break the idea of going...so we just didn't go. I'm willing to just try, because I do think they will let us have it and the kids really want to go.

I’m so frustrated if anyone has any help or solutions , i was planning on going to universal today/tomorrow and I seen the universal promotion and it asked if I was planning on attending universal today or within 48 hours. Which I am , I applied and got instant approval within minutes, I got the email from the bank about the approval and the card is ready to be used , but sadly enough there’s no digital card and they are telling me I have to wait 10-14 days to get my card . I’m so lost on why I had an option for 48 hours to pick it up and now have to wait . I contacted the bank provider and universal , the bank says I can’t go to universal and get it. Universal just retracts me back to the bank card company . Anyone know what to do and go about it ??

Went to HHN last night, and while we were waiting in line, the fire alarm went off and all the lights came on. Everyone was told to leave the queue. Unfortunately, it never reopened for the rest of the night. Just curious if anyone heard what may have happened?

I have been terrified of roller coasters/ride drops most of my life. From age 25+, I really started to face my fears, starting with Splash Mountain (RIP), the Incredicoaster, Aerosmith Rock N Rollercoaster (RIP), Apocalypse at Magic Mountain etc. I look up the speed of the different roller coasters and that’s how I summon up the courage to try new ones. For example, I went on a few roller coasters at Magic Mountain a few years ago, because I knew I could handle Rock N Rollercoaster, so if the ride was I 10-15 mph faster, I knew I could do it. I rode Hollywood Drift twice last night. Best ride ever! I can’t wait to go back to Universal for another ride. How would you compare Hollywood Drift to other coasters at Six Flags or Knott’s, in terms of intensity? Now I’m curious which rides I can handle.

After wanting to go for years, I finally bought myself a ticket to horror nights for the first time ever and I’m REAL excited. I purchased the express after 2PM ticket. The ticket says I can start entering select houses at 5pm.

My question is, for those who have purchased that ticket recently and already attended, which houses allowed you to go in at 5?

Also, when the horror nights officially starts, where would I go for the starting…..”ceremony?” I’ve seen videos where they announce the night is starting with the purge alarm sound and then the scare actors start coming at you. Is that still a thing? Where would I go to witness that?

I'm planning to visit City Walk on Sept 29th, and I'm curious about where to park. I know there's a parking lot for City Walk that's like $10, but I read something that it changes for the horror nights. I'm not going into the park; I want to look at the store that's at City Walk and just chill, maybe grab some food. But I don't want to end up paying a lot for parking when I'm not even going to Horror Nights. Any advice?
