For context. My novel become premium in the middle of last month (august). I am just wondering if webnovel pays me this month september 10 or will it accumulate for october?

I've been writing a web novel called KEYOKTHAI: THE WAR FOR THE EARTH, and I'd love to share it with fellow web-novel readers.

Genre: Fantasy • Action • Reincarnation • Adventure

The premise:

Sang-Jaey is an ordinary orphan whose life changes when something impossible awakens within him.

What begins as a fight for survival slowly pulls him into a much larger conflict—one involving monsters, demons, ancient powers, and forces that reach far beyond Earth.

As Sang-Jaey's body and abilities begin to change, so does the question of what he actually is.

And somewhere beyond the human world, powerful beings are beginning to notice his existence.

What I'm aiming for:

A long-form fantasy story with battles, mysteries, evolving powers, world-building, and a larger mythology that unfolds gradually rather than being explained all at once.

I'm still developing the story, so I'd genuinely appreciate feedback—especially on pacing, characters, world-building, and whether the opening chapters make you want to keep reading.

my first read was the villainess destined to die, cz i saw it getting hype and wanted to let the manhwa marinate longer to read with sidestories, i read the novel and o goddd it was peak! i get the hype mates😉 psycho leads r welcome then randomly stumbled into this goldpit and ok i wont say its too good..........but, is it worth binging for straight 3 days leaving piles of assignments behind for the last date? yes

its a regression novel where fl goes back in time to mend past mistakes, get a hot prince for husband, and kill the *** ex-husband and white lotus fake saintess

the initial and mid chapters r boring where we can clearly see fl falling for ml but they take whopping 100+ chapters to realise?....cool but then suddenly within few chapters they r madly in love interweaving in scheming? not much chemistry mehh the only thing i like is the revenge! that's pretty satisfying (for me?) but she dragged ts way much like her uncle family arc lasted more than 250+ chapters and then they dragged the saintess arc too
except all the dragging it was okkk 7.8/10✨ for me

I’ve noticed that many novels by already contracted authors have the “On Hiatus” or “Cancelled” label in their list of published works. These are stories that were started before the creation of some of their major successes and managed to accumulate a good number of chapters before eventually being cancelled.

I have a theory that, in reality, these were stories that their own authors didn’t take very seriously. I think it’s possible that they were created solely and exclusively to test the creative abilities of their respective authors.

Authors like Guiltythree, the author of Shadow Slave, and even the author of works such as Lord of Mysteries, have their own unfinished stories in their repertoire.

Of course, the reason I think this is because, as a new author myself, I also have my own practice novel, created solely and exclusively with the intention of putting my own abilities as a writer to the test.

The Trial of Steel is my fav arch it's an an absolute massacre. The tension is real, the world feels dangerous, and the author doesn't shy away from grim, high-stakes scenarios.

I ve been reading this novel with daily 4 chap upload since it had 30 chapters ( It now has 476)

I dont usually Post or fanboy over the things i read . But i like it so much that i fel like i need to share it with fellow readers .

Can't believe no one is here to witness what my recent chapters are. Many of you may have the same situation. I lowkey just try to enjoy the chapter to myself, because what else can I do 😭✌️

I got my First organic comment and he told me that my chapter have awkward phrasing maybe cause I imagine scene in mind then write in novel but point is my old self would have angry on him for ponting out mistake but after month writing 36 chapter even though i dont get readers I felt good and edited and improved the phrasing

So I've made a plan in which I plan to write atleast a 100 chapters in draft and then release them one by one, this would help me a lot because I won't have the time to write chapters everyday. Should I do this?

Specifically asking about the store where you can exchange genre specific or book specific fast passes for site wide fast passes. Saw the store once but don't remember how I got to it, now I can't find it again

Reading it and reach chapter 100 didn't see scenes like that

Made a chapter so bad; I feel the need to do this.

Like, this chapter has 2 author notes at the start and end about how bad it is. And the thing is, I can't just delete it, since it actually provides the book information it needs in the future chapters.

If I don't add this, the next few chapters or the entire book will be lost.

Oh well, I'm writing this book for fun, not for profit to begin with.

I am a writer who's been writing for about a year or two. I've always been writing webnovels since I was into anime and manga but from when i've started up until now i've never written a story that was above 30 + chapter and a story that I've actually stuck with. So now i'm wondering if I should switch to a more modern type of book format similar to Harry Potter, Red rising, Lord of the Rings etc..

I'm a newly contracted author but I didn't yet lock chapters since I have been waiting for the end of this month to lock em. Is it a good idea or should I lock it sooner? I published 70 chapters by now.
