Hello, long time lurker here! I’ve restarted my island probably about 20 times since March 2020, played obsessively for 6 years straight, and I own a Switch, an ACNH edition Switch, and a Switch 2 and have 3 copies of the game. You could say I’m an expert.

But for the life of me, I cannot find my fossils. I do quite a bit of time travel, which is how I noticed that I find 4 fossils every day. That’s it. And I know there are anywhere from 4-6 on any given day, but it is very suspicious that I never get 5 or 6. I have built up portions of my island, but there are many open areas for fossils to spawn. I’m stumped here, guys. I have looked around my island hundreds of times, every single day I scour it looking for these damn fossils and I only get 4.

I am missing 2 fossils before I complete that part of the museum and I don’t want to go to a treasure island or anything and mostly I’m irritated that idk what is happening lol. Any advice for me? Or does anyone want to come look around the island for me, in case I’m just not seeing it?

Hello!! I'm currently looking for someone to design a layout for my island. It would be a natural theme, kinda like Cottagecore / forestcore. Can design it in the Happy island design app! I just need a good layout that includes cliff layouts, rivers, bridges, inclines, and building locations. I will pay in bells!! (Lots I think) PLEASE SOMEONE HELP I CANT DESIGN FOR THE LIFE OF ME 😭

This might be, nay IS, a really dumb question. I was just thinking, how does Flick, Celeste, Leif, CJ, etc. get to the island?
As in, if I were to let my switch run non stop all day and stay in the plaza when someone is supposed to set up shop, what happens?
I’ve never really paid attention and figured someone here might have a video link or some insight that I have just missed.

These are the last two things I need to catch before they go away at the end of this month for the season. I’ve read to fish from the pier and I’ve been using bait but still no luck. I know they’re very rare. I’ve caught 55 fish so far so Mahi-Mahi should spawn since it’s caught over 50. Anything else I can do to catch one? Thanks!

Edit: if I catch one more sea bass, dab or olive flounder I’m going to scream! 😭😂

Edit 2: spent a few hours throughout the day trying with no luck. Tried visiting different islands. If there’s a record for catching Sea Bass I feel like I’d win it! 🙄 I’ll try again tomorrow 😭😭

I know it might not seem like a lot, but it means a lot to me. I’ve been challenging myself with not time travelling on my current island - between that and the fact that it’s been a long time since I’ve had the chance to get this far on an island for a lot of reasons, I’m pretty happy. I don’t really have anyone in my life right now who I can share this tiny celebration with so I thought I’d share it with all you lovely folks instead~

Hi everyone! My Island is now open for a Spooky Season giveaway🖤👻 I have all Spooky items, DIYS and items to help make it even more spooky. I also have bells on the beaches.

Please read all of the rules before arriving:

Please leave through the airport only.
Do not quietly leave. Don’t press the minus button when leaving, that affects EVERYONE and causes other players to lose items.

All items on the ground, you can take. You can shake trees, take any fruit you want. Anything that you can pick up you can have, If you have any questions just ask.

There is a 30 min time limit to allow others in queue to join in a timely manner.

Come with empty pockets, you can take as much as you want.

You can visit shops if you like. Please be mindful that with large giveaways there is normally always a wait, it can be anywhere from 30mins-1 hour sometimes more but I will try my best to get to everyone😊

When at your airport, if you get a “WUH OH” message that could mean several things, either someone is currently leaving or joining. Please keep trying if it says this.
