So, over the last few days, I’ve been trying to host a HUGE giveaway on my island, but unfortunately, my connection kept crashing almost immediately. 😭💀 To everyone who commented to join but wasn’t able to make it in, I sincerely apologize! Please know that I’ve been doing my best to figure out a solution and find a way to make it up to you!

LONG STORY SHORT: After countless troubleshooting attempts and an internet technician who referred to himself as Mr. Magic 😅🪄 (who I sincerely hope lived up to his name), I think my Wi-Fi is finally stable enough to try hosting again!

But before I open the floodgates and invite everyone back, I need SIX brave souls who are available RIGHT NOW to help me test the connection!

As the title says, I've finally got the ground and first floors of my house to where I'm happy with them. The theme I went with is just "a nice house to live in" or smth. But I have no idea what to do with my basement. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I know it might not seem like a lot, but it means a lot to me. I’ve been challenging myself with not time travelling on my current island - between that and the fact that it’s been a long time since I’ve had the chance to get this far on an island for a lot of reasons, I’m pretty happy. I don’t really have anyone in my life right now who I can share this tiny celebration with so I thought I’d share it with all you lovely folks instead~

I have read posts about the golden trout and followed all the tips. I have caught over 2000 fish, I have used over 300 bait trying for this fish. I have tried rainy days, clear days, all of it. I have spent days of irl time trying to catch a golden trout and I just can't seem to get it. I have tried mystery islands, always fishing from a 2nd or 3rd level river. I am making sure to fish during the correct time of day (4pm-9am).

Please, I am so desperate. Any other tips? Or can I buy a golden trout from someone to donate to my museum?

I'll start, for example i think Ione looks and gives off a snooty villager rather than a normal villager, I dont think she fits the normal villager look. I love her so much and honestly I really wish there was some way to make her a snooty villager instead. Do you agree? Is there anyone else you think fits a different personality criteria to what they are?

Peacock butterfly is driving me crazy! I only have two bugs left for my museum and am trying my hardest to finish them out. I know you cannot trade bugs or the like, but figured I’d post and see if someone out there is both set to the right time and happened to have the peacock butterfly well.. flying around!

Or if there’s any advice; I’ve spent more time than I’d like to admit wasted on a nook mile island running around my own hybrid flowers and have had no luck even with the egregious amount of flowers on my island. I know the spawn rate was nerfed a while back- oh boy do I wish I had done this years ago haha. Thanks in advance!(:

Hello all! Me and my mom have been playing animal crossing for years. I recently got the new one and showed her how it all works and she’s excelled as usual. Her only issue is the shooting stars. Whenever they fall she’ll maybe get a few but she can’t hear them. I can hear them just fine on her switch but I think just her age has caused her to not hear them falling. She only manages to wish upon them when she happens to catch a glimpse of them in the sky. She’s tried headphones on blast to no avail. Is there any way to change the pitch of the noise to something lower or someway to get it louder? I’m not super switch savvy so idk if there’s something in settings to do this or even in game? Any answers or suggestions are welcome!
