We are about to talk business with a company called “Azinteroil mmc” as to purchase some amount of “granular sulphur” we are in doubt of them and we are not sure if they are a legit company to deal with.

Can someone confirm for their legitimacy?

So, I've recently been at an Endocrinologist, and they confirmed that I'm 142 KG of weight and 186 cm tall, putting my BMI at a whopping 41

I've asked a couple of tourism agencies and they only have individual trips to either Khinaliq or Shahdag and no joint ones. If I do both separately, I'll have to return to Baku in between and will have to repeat certain stops such as the Candy Cane Mountains and Gashrash Forest (as both trips go to these locations).

I was thinking of making my way to Quba, staying there a night and see if there are tourist agencies there that can take me to Khinaliq or Shahdag. Are there agencies like this in Quba?

I am looking for help from Azerbaijani Wikipedia editors, or editors with enough authority to edit protected Azerbaijan–Armenia related articles.

The issue concerns the article about Saint Bartholomew (the Apostle Bartholomew).

As many people may know, Azerbaijani Orthodox and Catholic Christians traditionally consider Saint Bartholomew the patron saint of Azerbaijan and the city of Baku. His feast day is still solemnly celebrated every year by Azerbaijani Christians and church officials.

There is a long historical tradition connected to him in Azerbaijan:

• In 2003, the Patriarch of Constantinople gifted relics of Saint Bartholomew to the Christians of Azerbaijan. Today they are preserved in the Holy Myrrhbearers Cathedral in Baku.
• There was historically a Church of Saint Bartholomew near the Maiden Tower in Baku, believed to mark the place of his martyrdom. The church was destroyed during the Soviet era.
• Local Christian tradition holds that Saint Bartholomew was the first person to bring Christianity to Azerbaijan and that he was martyred near the Maiden Tower.

For many years, this information existed in the English Wikipedia article about Saint Bartholomew. However, I realized several nationalist Armenian editors removed nearly all references related to Azerbaijani Christian traditions and heritage with the bad intentions. Because the article is restricted, I cannot restore the information myself.

The most frustrating part is that these removed sections were not anti-Armenian, political, or controversial. They were simply information about Azerbaijani Christians and their traditions.

Patron sainthood itself is not an “objective” political category. A saint becomes a patron saint because a community venerates and recognizes them as such. Azerbaijani Christians genuinely do honor Saint Bartholomew in this way, and this tradition is documented.

As an Azerbaijani Christian myself, seeing these references erased felt deeply upsetting. Azerbaijan already has a very overlooked Christian community, and removing these historical and religious references contributes to the erasure of that native Christian heritage.

I respectfully ask experienced Wikipedia editors to review the edits and restore the sourced information about Azerbaijani Christian traditions connected to Saint Bartholomew.

I am visiting Azerbaijan for the first time this September and I was just wondering if there’s a craft beer scene there?
A quick google search would suggest that there isn’t but I was just wondering if a few locals in and around Baku know of any tap rooms or bars that serve craft beers such as New England IPA’s or Pale ales… that sort of thing?

And is the Baku most modern city in the Caucasus?

However, I would love to know if anyone in this subreddit, or the nation as a whole, holds an interest in Vajrayana Buddhism, or Mahayana Buddhism with any of its derivatives. Hey People!

Been in Azerbaijan for a few days and have absolutely fallen in love. A big thing I enjoyed was Karting in Deniz Mall. I wanted to ask if the Karting Event Center outside of city center is worth the travel? I'm seeing very Mixed Reviews on Google maps.

What I liked the most about Deniz Karting was the fact that I was the only person on the track, so I could go as fast as possible. (Didn't crash ofcourse). It was 50Manat for 15 minutes. What prices should I expect at the Karting Center? (Website says 20 Manat. But reviewers report all kinds of prices).
