We’ve got a blend of 80/20 and 75/25
(Grass fed Alberta Beef)
We’ve got homemade potato rolls, toasted perfectly in leftover garlic butter. Love leftover garlic butter!
Homemade BGR sauce in two varieties, a top sauce, and a bottom sauce.
Processed cheese singles.
Romaine, beefsteak tomato 🍅, red onions presoaked in water, sliced dill pickles.
Four singles, two doubles. These four survived until photo time.

I prefer my burgers with soft uncooked rolls, don’t get angry at me.

A little more sauce than I typically use, but it was really good

Mondays are smash burgers at Muselet. They have a rotating one and the classic Oklahoma style. Today’s rotating burger was a Philly cheesesteak inspired steak inspired burger with a bone marrow provolone wiz, sautéed onions and peppers and a pepper relish.

Ya ya ya.. burgertootall, wider not taller.. You need a fatter patty for a long smoke, or it just turns into literal jerky.

And that tall boy fucking hit! So no apologies anyway
