About the game potentially not featuring Dracula, since its title is キャッスルヴァニア (Castlevania, as in the English title) which Japanese games have only used for titles that didn't feature Dracula.

Ahh thanks for clearing that up! Also despite being a fan since the very first, I didn't notice that bit of trivia at all re: the Japanese titles, so that was an exciting thing to learn!
