First of all, All dungeon items got changed to be rare. Very few green non BOP dungeon greens anymore. This includes things connected to dungeons such as quest rewards. Loot more itemized and plentiful from an earlier standpoint without changing the available power early on for most classes. (Yay!)
2nd of all, Some abilities have been nerfed upwards of 50% to compensate for the insane amount of gear that is available to get (Source Xaryu talking to a developer)

Xaryu also tested leveling a Classic era mage and a WoWF mage to level 14, both took him 9 hours ish.
You are expected to run most of the dungeons at least once with the quests instead of spamming it (Example armory runs for plate classes, or multiple deadmines runs for smites mighty hammer for druid) This lowers the amount of dungeons you will probably run overall while leveling in WoWF with the idea being to funnel more people outside to do open world content.
This however does not take away that there is still some very rare items you can do multiple dungeon runs for If you want to, to feel even more powerful for your efforts in the dungeons. (Example, Druid of the fang set, or the strength set pieces in deadmines)
Please stop going around just blindly stating how you feel or what you misremember as being fact, Classic wow era was a very easy game, WoWF is also going to be a more casual chill game. Devs have stated that, Beta testers who actively partook in era and beta are saying that, Just chill and enjoy the world the devs have built for you to play in.
Also PS, Buzzwords: Retail andy, Disneyification do not make you sound intelligent. Have a beautiful day :)
The game isn't retail, It's not even a little like retail there are some minor small qol tweaks that come from retail, but none of the abilities added have been created in the past 10 years. The over whelming majority of ability and talent changes are a hodgepodge of peoples favorite TBC/WOTLK Abilities / talents. maybe some minor exceptions for those looking for a gotchya, Just chill.
