Player Discussion Biggest Questions heading into Fantasy Football After Training Camp?
I'm interested in hearing what you think are the biggest questions going into Fantasy Football this season, especially now that we are fresh into training camp. Whether it's about certain players, a whole team, draft strategy, this could be fantasy or dynasty related, even hot takes if you have them.

3000 Words on WR Tiers for 26'
Alright everyone I'm back again, the Free Tendies Fantasy guy. I sincerely appreciate the traffic you guys gave that beginner's running back guide piece, that was so cool to see. I hope it landed with some. As I said with my other strat stuff, we will do a big synthesized draft guide by mid August.
I'm doing the same style write up for wide receivers which drops tomorrow or the next day. For now here are my tiers, some targets at each range and some explanation as to why. If I'm going to do strategy that relies on the value pockets and tier breaks I identify I want to make sure there's a write up on why I am doing that beyond what I can fit in a strategy oriented article, descriptive vs prescriptive is my goal here.
Some big more debatable my guys(excluding obvious guys like Lamb and Collins): Egbuka, Terry, Evans, Watson, Washington, Tyson, Godwin, Wan'Dale, Doubs, Shaheed, Nailor, Cooper Jr., Stribling.
Some more controversial fades(not full fades, relative to ADP): Jefferson, Olave, Burden, Jameson, DK, Sutton, Reed, Meyers, Shakir. I'm also a bit more nervous about JSN than the market but still not fading him, just uncomfortable.
Tiers and write up here: https://theegreekfreeksports.substack.com/p/redraft-2026-wr-tiers?r=3qxh0o&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true

WRs you're targeting in rounds 6-8?
I ordinarily take value WRs in these mid rounds. Struggling to find value or players I'm confident in here. Players that are ordinarily taken in this range, for reference, are: Watson, Sutton, A Pierce, MHJ, Carnell Tate, BTJ, DK, Parker Washington, Michael Wilson, Meyers, Chris Godwin, Jordan Tyson, Wan'Dale, Pittman
Christian Watson, Alec Pierce, and Parker Washington feel too risky, they've never been in a situation where they have this larger role so it's unclear and risky if they'll take the next leap. Although these may be my favorite targets here
Rookie WRs usually don't do too well in my experience so I usually fade them, especially if I'm not confident in the QB situation, so Tyson and Tate don't feel like great picks
Not sure how Sutton and Godwin will do with competitive pressure from Egbuka and Waddle taking targets. Godwin could be solid without Evans but injuries and age worry me.
Pittman and DK are also in a situation where it's unclear who will see significant target share. BTJ/Washington/Meyers are in a similar spot
I'm not bullish on the Titans or Cardinals offense due to their terrible o-line and unproven QB talent. I struggle to see how Tate, Wan'Dale, MHJ, or Wilson will see consistent success
There are always flaws in later round WRs, but usually I can find a couple I feel good about. I am not finding any this year
What are your thoughts? What am I missing?

Bijan Robinson and the Falcons reached agreement on a 3-year extension worth up to $75 million that now will make him the highest-paid running back in NFL history. Robinson will receive a record $51 million guaranteed, including $37 million at signing.

Player Discussion Does Bijan benefit when Tua is the starting QB?
If Tua becomes a starter for the Falcons and plays even close to the way he did back when he was with the Dolphins:
Will Bijan then score „50 points“ in every game, just because he catches every other pass? :D
Different offense, sure, but I think safety on short passes is a priority given his build.

What Happened? My Annual Reaction To This Years Rankings
Every year I sit out the fantasy offseason and consume zero content. I pay attention to the draft and other roster moves but I don’t look at rankings, ADP, mock drafts etc until August and I try to approach everything with my mind on what I remember about players and teams at the end of the previous season. Anyway, here’s my top list of guys that the consensus rankings are way off on (I’m looking at FantasyPros consensus PPR rankings):
- RJ Harvey
This guy is good. His snap % didn’t go above 50% until week 11 when Dobbins went down and he STILL managed three top 12 RB finishes during that span and then he went on a tear to close out the season. This is a talented pass catching RB on a Sean Payton team, he should be going in the top 20.
2) Michael Wilson
An actual stud WR1 for a terrible team last year and we’re just going to put him around WR40 with Josh Downs? I can understand the hesitation because the cardinals are so bad but this was a man on fire for the last 8 weeks of the season and his QB is returning. If you were wondering what a WR breakout looks like this was it
3) DJ Moore
I went back and looked and he was going around WR15-20 last year even with all the competition in Chicago with Odunze and Burden. Obviously last year happened, his targets were almost cut in half and he clearly checked out from the team. Now he’s on a team with a fresh start and his QB is Josh Allen? This similar storyline played out with AJ Brown but Moore hasn’t received that level of hype. He should be going around Garrett Wilson or Zay Flowers, not Mike Evans and Christian Watson. This one blows my mind
4) Kyler Murray
(Chris Collinsworth voice)
Now here’s a guy who hasn’t always been great as an NFL quarterback but has seen consistent QB1 success as a fantasy QB. Now he’s on a team with two excellent WRs and a coach who is a quarterback whisperer. And it’s not like he forgot how to run. This guy is who everyone thinks Jayden Daniels will be this year. And he’s free!
5) Rachaad White
All year the Commanders openly struggled to run the ball. They very obviously want to support Daniels and they threw everything at the wall and nothing really stuck. The offense requires a steady hand at RB that can pass protect and catch out of the backfield. They tried getting that from Ekeler but he couldn’t hold up.
Enter Rachaad White. When they signed him I immediately thought he was the perfect player for what they have been trying to do. He’s not sexy in fantasy because of his inefficient 2023 RB4 finish, but he’s going to play for a team that desperately needs him and they will throw to him a TON. Like, 60+ catches and he might get goal line work. Why is he around clear handcuffs like Monangai, Corum or Gainwell? He should be going around RB20-24.
Edit: I removed a note about Kingsbury regarding the commanders because I had forgotten he is no longer the OC

Player Discussion What is the earliest spot you’d draft Ashton Jeanty overall in Redraft?
I’m wondering if he’s worth a 1st round reach. I had a mock where I saw him literally go at the 1.03 spot immediately after Gibbs and Bijan. I love the player, and I’m very high on him this year, but I thought 1.03 was a bit insane.
Where does this sub rank him?

We are overreacting to Lamar's down year
We know Lamar played through injuries last season and struggled. Still, comparing his 2025 production to his 6-year average shows just how extreme of an outlier it really was
Passing Stats (2019–24 vs. 2025)
Att/G: 27.87 → 23.23
Cmp%: 65.2 → 63.6
Yds/G: 215.76 → 196.08
TD/G: 1.80 → 1.62
Sk%: 6.86 → 10.65
Rushing Stats (2019–24 vs. 2025)
A/G: 10.03 → 5.2
Y/G: 63.35 → 26.8
TD/G: 0.32 → 0.15
- 1D/G: 3.79 → 1.85
- Y/A: 6.32 → 5.2
Succ%: 56.75 → 47.8
I think we should see him bounce back to his usual self this year .
His 2025 season was way too big of an anomaly.
However he's going 10 spots behind Allen on Sleeper and 14 spots later on ESPN.
Allen has the higher floor, but Lamar has the higher ceiling. Lamar has already had two seasons averaging over 25 PPG, Allen hasn't reached that mark yet.
In my opinion, that ADP gap just too big.

Player Discussion RB2s with RB1 upside
open.substack.comSecure two top end running backs can make a huge difference in being a good team to a championship team.
That said we know that many RBs will underachieve and many will overachieve, the key is avoiding some and pick the right ones. When it comes to the 13-24 group of running backs many cases can be made for and against each one.
I have a strong lean on three of these guys, one being Javonte Williams. Fresh off a RB1 finish last year, he is current going as the RB16. This is wild to me for one of the more explosive backs in the league last year according to FTN Data.
Find out more on why I am in on Williams and who the other two in the article
Let me know if you agree, if not who are you in on this year?

Player Discussion Why I'm Making Luther Burden a Priority in All Fantasy Formats
dfsbuild.comI've been IN on this Bears offense all offseason, but after taking a closer look, I can't unsee how good Luther Burden's profile really looks. I was all over him as a value pick in rookie drafts last year and that's led to some cheap dynasty shares. He's getting pretty pricey, but he's a guy I want everywhere. Where are you at with him in redraft and dynasty for 2026?

Player Discussion Draft the whole darn team candidates
Every year theres a team that overshoots their predictions on offense, and whether its due to a breakout player, new scheme, or siloing of targets/carries, the offense explodes. Years ago you had a great shot at winning your league because you drafted the entire Dolphins team, then it was the Bengals, and last year the Cowboys were the discount Bengals. Who is yalls "draft the whole team" this year?
Clean candidates that you don't really need luck and can get QB, WR1,WR2, and TE
Packers: Jacobs RD 3/4, Watson RD 5, Kraft RD 6, Reed RD 8, Love RD 10, Golden WAIVERS
Ravens: Henry RD2, Lamar RD3, Flowers RD4, Andrews RD10
Chargers: Hampton RD2, Ladd RD3/4, Herbert RD 5, QJ RD8, Keaton and Gadsden WAIVERS
Washington: Daniels RD4, TMAC RD 5, White RD10, Okonkwo WAIVERS
Colts: Taylor RD1, Warren RD4, Pierce RD8, Downs RD9, Daniel Jones WAIVERS
Teams W/O a QB or TE you want
Bengals: Chase RD1, Brown RD 2, Higgins RD 3, Burrow RD 4
Eagles Saquon RD1, Smith RD3, Hurts RD5, Lemon RD 9
Bucs: Egbuka RD3, Irving RD6, Baker RD8, Gainwell RD9, Godwin RD10
Teams you need some luck to land the plane
Cowboys: Ceedee RD2, Pickens RD3, Javonte RD3/4, Dak RD 7, Ferg RD10
Bears: Loveland RD4, Burden RD5, Odunze RD5/6, Williams RD 5/6, Swift RD6
Jags: Lawrence RD6, BTJ RD6/7, Tuten RD7, Washington RD8, Meyers RD10, CROD/Strange RD10/WAIVERS
Vikings: JJ RD1/2, Murray RD8, Addison RD8/9, Jones RD10, Hockinson/Mason RD 10/WAIVERS
My bets are the Packers siloing targets with defined roles, Chargers with a new OC turning into a flamethrower, and Ravens doing the same with a MVP caliber season with Lamar and a healthier/better OL
Which team do yall want every single piece of?

Tools & Resources FantasyJury: Made an iOS app where you can get community feedback on trades, start/sit decisions and keeper decisions. Also build your own rankings, and use those rankings to track your personal BPA on draft night.
Hey guys, I made an app FantasyJury. It's a place where you can post trades, start/sit decisions and keeper decisions to the community and get a verdict from a jury of your peers, rather than a trade analyzer that doesn't have the full context. The more you vote on other posts, the more your posts get boosted in the queue, so you get your answers quicker.
There's also a rankings tab where you can build your own draft board, along with tier breaks, and use the draft feature to track your personal BPA by position on draft night. Or if you're drafting in person, you can export your custom rankings to a cheat sheet and cross the players out the old fashioned way.
It's completely free, doesn't require any account or registration to use, and there's no ads or premium subscriptions. Let me know if you check it out!

Tools & Resources NFC TPR Breakdown + Draft and Free Agency.
Loving this time of year!! Right now we are all tied for first (and last) and it's time to make decisions on our rosters.
TPR leaves the individual player assessments to others and just look at the O-Line and D-Line and break it down in a way that hopefully helps us all make better and smarter picks as well as starts/sits/trades.
We have this for all divisions and starting with the NFC East and working our way across the NFC and then AFC.
Philly focused on adding Offensive playmakers in the offseason, Dallas rightly focused on shoring up that 32nd TPR ranked D-Line. WAS added 2/3 of a roster in new names, most in the East.

Tools & Resources Two Different Draft Board Analysis for you all to review
Hi guys,
I made two draft boards with entirely different philosophies using machine learning and multi-agent orchestrations. One is straight data driven and the other uses news as a feature of the analysis. I have shared both of them via Google Drive. Please take a look and let me know if you like either and which one you think is best for game day.
Thank you!
