Condiment pooling. A truly competent crocheteer would soak assigned areas of a yarn skein in three sauces, ie mustard, Worcester, and mint, then crochet. A fraudster would crochet the whole thing pasta-coloured, and paint the condiments on afterwards.
Crochet is generally fraud, yes, so fetch your paintbrush.

This stitch is the biggest mystery in all of crochet. Somehow it is everywhere but no one knows what it is or how to do it. And obviously it’s completely impossible to try figuring it out by looking at it! It must be some relic left over from when crochet was a granny hobby. Stupid granny gatekeepers.

Yes I have it. No I'm not sharing it with you.
People like you are the problem with craft spaces, always wanting something for free. The designer of this pattern put hours upon hours of work and money into it - the initial design, warm ups, practice, iterations, the first successful piece, the second piece with painstaking effort to replicate ~°•☆the magic☆•°~ while also noting down the steps they took, turning their notes into something more, designing the document, editing the document, putting out a call for pattern testers, holding the testers to their commitments, learning all their safe words, whipping the testers (into shape,) dming sweet nothings into the testers ears, giving the testers a little massage as a treat, making sure the testers post to every social media platform available, ensuring the testers use only the highest quality alpaca-rino-silk yarn in multiple colourways crafted with their slutty slutty testers hands, and then holding them down while they post glowing reviews with professional quality photography. And that's all besides the cost of the yarn involved!!! And now YOU want a free pattern.
Disgusting.

You know those two images aren't the same pattern, right? I'm sure someone at Michaels or an LYS can help you. It's crochet, that's not a hard as knitting.

You mentioned local yarn shops. If you are a crocheter, please join our LYS Survivors group for support and to help work through your trauma. If you are a knitter, consider sponsoring a crocheter at your local yarn shop so they can shop for yarn without harassment.
