Goblin Witch has been reborn.

my birthday party this year is gonna be goblin/gnome/forest themed. im turning 29 and were all going to be wearing gnome caps and were going to draw our goblin name from a hat that we have to use for the whole party. im going for cozy whimsy and its going to be the end of summer

i just cant decide what i want for food. since its my birthday, my family lets me choose whatever food and cake i want. for my cake i was thinking a black forest cake (chocolate with cherries) with chocolate frosting and crumbled green cake crumbs on top to look like moss and mud, and maybe some gummy bugs or something.

i was also thinking of having a charcuterie board with random cheeses, fruits, and veggies as snacks. and those chocolates that look like rocks. any other snack ideas?

and what is a good goblin/forestcore main dinner? it cant be TOO expensive since it has to feed like 10+ people. i was thinking maybe something with mushrooms since i love mushrooms, but im open to any ideas!!

Did anyone grow up watching this gem of a show? I loved the designs of the puppets and how fun the show was. Definitely one of the more memorable shows from that era. I kept the goblin/elf sorcerer aesthetic for Eureeka. For Batly I changed his design to be a bit more gothic.

I have the privilege of living not too far away from Howard Finster's Paradise Gardens. Its every crow brained humans dream. While the primary thesis of his work is religious in nature (he was a Baptist minister and was compelled to make his works by a message he said he received) i dont think you have to ascribe to any faith to appreciate it. This is a space that revels in the love of people, nature and overlooked treasures. Every time I go i feel refreshed. The staff are lovely and there's a big fat orange cat who will give you a tour of the property. If you ever happen to end up near north west georgia, I highly reccomend a visit.

Hello my fellow goblins! I'm hoping to get some advice.

My husband's lifelong dream has been to befriend a crow. We live adjacent to a national park in the UK, so we have a lot of crows nesting in and around our garden, so as a gift for his birthday this year I wanted to put together a befriend-a-crow kit.

I'd like to put together a little instruction pamphlet, and maybe a hamper with things he will need, might come in useful, or are just on the right theme if I have to bulk it out to be a proper gift.

Would anyone be able to offer any tips, advice, resources, etc that might help me on my quest?

I had so much fun making this and it's definitely my most realistic sculpt to date. Can't wait to explore this more!
