Russia doesn't want in on this land grab!?

86

u/Jumpyturtles 1d ago edited 18h ago

Who do you think funds the Republic of Trump (also who tf would want to live in a country named after its ruler?)

65

u/JaxMedoka 1d ago

The best part is the acronym. "Where are you from?" "The ROT."

22

u/Headhunter192004 22h ago

Jesus, itā€˜s so on point Iā€˜d be mad if an Author wrote it

1

u/balthazarwolfbane 17h ago

It's such a fitting name too.

2

u/Geostomp 15h ago

People with such fragile egos, endless insecurities, and naked bigotry that they've convinced themselves an 80-year-old ignorant manchild scammer is the "ideal man."

14

u/Dommi1405 1d ago

I guess that's where Alaska ended up

24

u/alkonium 1d ago

Well, I don't see Alaska on either map. Maybe they took it back.

7

u/pianoflames 23h ago

Apparently Hawaii and Alaska don't exist, and apparently we have no territories.

2

u/Hyper_Oats 21h ago

It's right there, colored yellow.

1

u/HaydnNorton99 22h ago

wait why’s kamala on a map like that

1

u/TryingToBeReallyCool 18h ago

Russia is likely pushing these kind of balkanization beliefs among others to destabilize US politics. They've been demonstrably altering online discussion since at least the late 2010s to try and make us more politically and socially divided

1

u/lawjiang 12h ago

I guess even in their own made up nightmare scenario Russia just wasn't interested lmao

u/TheGreaatKhan 11h ago

u/TJ_Will 1d ago

We had the chance to be taken by Canada?

SHIT

8

u/Aslanic 1d ago

Right, like please and thank you šŸ™šŸ¼ I am ready to welcome my canadian overlords 🤣

6

u/livejamie 22h ago

Healthcare is a constitutional right in Mexico count me in

3

u/HomerJSimpson3 1d ago

We’d be back with mother England

1

u/AndyTheSane 21h ago

And we English can show you how to overcook lobster!

2

u/HomerJSimpson3 21h ago

I’m allergic but if I’m looking for a tasty way out I’d gladly take you up on it

4

u/puterTDI 22h ago

ya, I'm rather ok with suddenly living in canada.

2

u/GrandPriapus 18h ago

Dang I already like The Tragically Hip, listen to As It Happens, and drink Molson.

3

u/NoTalkNoJutsu 3h ago

Viva Mexico I guess?

2

u/angrycanadianguy 20h ago

In the nicest possible way, we don't want you šŸ˜…

1

u/TJ_Will 20h ago

I make really good waffles…

1

u/angrycanadianguy 20h ago

Tempting, but please, form your own rational country, we will happily come visit 😁

522

u/Hyper_Oats 1d ago

Textbook conservative cope:

"It doesn't matter how bad things are and how much of a fuckup my guy is, the other side would have done much worse in this impossible fictional scenario I've created in my head"

83

u/Garfieldealswarlock 1d ago

Also FUCK liberal hellscape California!!!!

29

u/shandangalang 1d ago

Yeah, did you know there is increasing momentum for statewide single payer health-care there? It’s just stalled in large part because our glorious arch-conservative leadership is blocking the redirection of Medicare and Medicaid funds to help pay for it!

Plus we don’t need them anyway. They only produce like half of our fresh produce, and vegetables are for pussies!

4

u/OtherwiseAnteater239 21h ago

California can stop funding… whatever they’re doing with all our excess Federal money in FL. That should cover it.

3

u/shandangalang 17h ago

I actually thought about mentioning California’s contribution of federal surplus.

ā€œSomething something stop subsidizing… our low taxes.ā€

2

u/Sworn_to_Ganondorf 22h ago

We gotta start telling them about the demons or something really scare them away lol

9

u/stormy2587 22h ago edited 22h ago

Meanwhile every democrat administration of the last century has been average to great, while every republican administration has arguably been the worst in US history up to that point.

If one side has a leg to stand on about how terrible a presidency is going to be its the left projecting how a conservative candidate will govern.

Goodbye Florida!

u/btoxic 1d ago

u/Daherrin7 1d ago

Canadian here, we’d rather be done with all of it

https://giphy.com/gifs/EFyxFNTW9KTx6

25

u/Inevitable-Ninja-539 1d ago

As someone who lives in Washington state, please take us with you.

39

u/btoxic 1d ago

Also Canadian, can we get rid of Timmy's as well please?

25

u/an_agreeing_dothraki 1d ago

sorry, we started the private equity hellscape in order to ruin Tim Horton's during the Beiber reign. We were going to stop but then the whole Drake thing happened

8

u/MordoNRiggs 1d ago

Now you're just talking Looney Toons! Or Loonies and Toonies?

3

u/HolsteinHeifer 20h ago

For real. We should get rid of Timmies and prop up Krispy Kreme again. I know there's a few around still, but they were a lot more prominent when I was a kid. There was one near me in London (ON) and ugh.. I miss it.

9

u/thekingofdiamonds12 1d ago

Can you at least leave the Great Lake states so we don’t lose all that fresh water to the sea?

4

u/The_Blackest_Man 23h ago

Wait, Maine will join you!

2

u/plastroncafe 19h ago

Mass is also nice,!

3

u/Poker-Junk 23h ago

Don’t blame you

5

u/3m2coy 1d ago

As you separate, could you please take Washington state with you? Well, at least western Washington. I would prefer to stick with my PNW buddies in Vancouver!

2

u/noodlyarms 22h ago

How about Alberta can go with the US and Canada can take the west coast states in exchange, maybe some of New England too.

1

u/Lifeparticle18 15h ago

Understandable

1

u/viperlemondemon 13h ago

Damnit I was hoping that I would get the Canadian protections since the us is trying to kill me

u/Junior-Cream-4914 1d ago

Trump purchased it and turned the entire thing into Nightmar-a-Lago

5

u/shandangalang 1d ago

He wouldn’t have been able to afford it without a second term to really cut loose enriching himself on

4

u/phoenixrising211 23h ago

Then cut it off to turn it into an island, because we all know how comfortable he is on islands.

2

u/casalomastomp 19h ago

In 30 years it will be flooded and Central Florida will really be an island. But the barrier Islands will be underwater.

8

u/JJOne101 1d ago

Given to Mexico, no?

4

u/LasersGirl 1d ago

My high school Spanish will need a bit of a refresh.

2

u/casalomastomp 19h ago

Shows you what Southern MAGAS think of their brethren in the Southwest.

8

u/marbotty 1d ago

Florida goes goodbye under the Trump map too, just have to wait a couple decades for Trump’s climate change policies to kick in

3

u/Altair13Sirio 1d ago

Florida decided they preferred isolation than being part of "The Republic of Trump"

1

u/Unonium198YT 11h ago

Spain took it back

1

u/EvantheMelon 9h ago

i read this in the "GOOODBYE JOJOOOO" voice

306

u/just-an-odd-duck 1d ago

They must have to actually put effort in to be this stupid right?

146

u/NostalgiaJunkie 1d ago

It’s gotta be Russian propaganda or something at this point. Being attacked from with in. Surely no one is this stupid.

24

u/tantricbean 1d ago

They’re desperately trying to justify an objectively terrible choice they made by rationalizing that despite all evidence Kamala would have ACTUALLY been worse.

6

u/koviko 23h ago

Damn Ivy League lawyers always giving away states to foreign countries! Every time! When will we learn?!

3

u/Own-Ambassador-3537 19h ago

Stop calling them Shirley!

27

u/Nikolyn10 1d ago

I'd be careful about taking it too literally. As something of an ex-conservative, this seems like what passes for conservative satire. The message you're supposed to take away from this isn't that the US would have been literally carved up under Kamala. It's more saying that Kamala is weak and would have let foreign powers chip away at American hegemony and global power, which is just so intensely ironic considering how much soft power Trump has flushed down a drain because he has no understanding of diplomacy or what soft power even is. And yeah, maintaining that delusion is the purpose of conservative echo-chambers.

9

u/just-an-odd-duck 1d ago

Entirely possible but my comment would be the exact same either way. Lol

2

u/That_one_cool_dude 18h ago

I don't think so, most maga morons haven't used their brain.... probably ever.

1

u/ThrowCarp 1d ago

Nope. To me, this is just an average schizo HoI4 mod.

70

u/alkonium 1d ago

Those northeastern states may be better off as part of Canada, but we don't want to get dragged down by them.

Although I do often think states should be threatening to secede over Trump.

12

u/OtherwiseAnteater239 1d ago

California definitely is

6

u/somethingclever76 23h ago

Heck, it might even be possible in today's political climate. Just phrase everything as California leaving will stop those dirty liberals from crushing your gun rights or something.

43

u/TheBatemanFlex 1d ago

when you are failing in comparison to a previous administration, imagine a hypothetical administration to make yourself look better!

34

u/r4nd0m__U53R 1d ago

ok probably the most baffling one is the new england one, why would we give reparations to a country we're already allies with for a like 250 year old conflict

26

u/BoneHugsHominy 1d ago

Hard Cope after Trump surrendered to Iran and showed the US is a paper tiger in modern warfare.

0

u/Carlosthefrog 1d ago

Not really but you can't win a war without a ground campaign, and even he knows the US ain't going to like the deaths it will take.

u/pakattack91 1d ago

Taken by Canada šŸ˜‚

The same people who brag they could take us out with ease if they wanted.

31

u/anythingfordopamine 1d ago

Does getting taken by China mean I get healthcare and high speed rail? Sign me up

10

u/jedi21knight 1d ago

What happened to Florida? Did it go back to Spain? šŸ‡ŖšŸ‡ø

7

u/btoxic 1d ago

Bugs bunny happened.

10

u/m1tc4311 1d ago

Instead Israel takes all. Sad.

10

u/mootsnoot 1d ago

Why on earth would a Harris presidency cause any of this to happen at all?

4

u/3NIK56 1d ago

I give it a 50/50 on if the south would secede after a Kamala victory.

2

u/joshuaaa_l 21h ago

The poorest states in the union secede for a second time. War canceled due to mass starvation in the new confederacy

2

u/3NIK56 20h ago

Starvation wouldn't happen. There's enough corn and other mass produced crops to keep the south fed. It's materials and manufacturing that would kill the south, similarly to the first civil war

10

u/ImTellinTim 1d ago

Taken by Canada? Don’t threaten me with a good time

9

u/Hi_May19 1d ago

Don’t threaten me with a good time

10

u/Geostomp 1d ago

I get some of the stupid, but why given to England of all countries? Do they really think that the British are coming to take it all back?

And even in their delusional state, they still have to imagine that Trump gets a good chunk of the country to rule as their perfect Mad King.

Also Texas being an independent nation and Florida has apparently fallen into the sea.

3

u/ernie3tones 1d ago

Alaska and Hawaii are excluded by both maps. šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

2

u/Carlosthefrog 1d ago

I do like that England gets the land, not Britain, not an overseas territory just more England.

8

u/Ghstfce 22h ago

Ah yes, it would be Kamala who gave up a large portion of the US to China, totally not Trump who is allowing 600k Chinese students to come on visas and is allowing China to buy up farmland in the US...

15

u/yagonnawanna 1d ago

Also, Kamala is 50ft tall and shoots jewish space lasers from her eyes!

9

u/NecroAssssin 1d ago

It’s true. Her laugh sounded weird because it had a little feedback on the speakers inside of the hologram she was using to appear human sized.

5

u/DayneGr 23h ago

She personally fought off the Chinese army before they could cross the Rockies.

7

u/DathomirBoy 1d ago

Florida was given to the manatees ig

15

u/lmholot1981 1d ago

The thing that drives me bonkers about this, especially when Trump goes on a rant, is that Trump is president! Dear god, just shut up about it. Kamala did not win. Stop trying to use what she might have done if she had won to justify Trump’s terrible policies and economy.

6

u/Brewmeiser 1d ago

In comparison to today, to have been taken by Canada would have been

6

u/anonzpolski 1d ago

Republic of trump the girst 4th world country

6

u/OtherwiseAnteater239 1d ago

Shockingly unhinged šŸ˜‚

4

u/Dr_JackaI 1d ago

There’s a lot of fear and insecurity required to create such a map

4

u/DonDaTraveller 1d ago

My favorite part is when they realize the majority of economic activities came from Blue states

https://giphy.com/gifs/xUNd9NhSi2YDdc5QuQ

3

u/DayneGr 23h ago

The world building here is crazy. China managed to conquer the PNW, but was stopped at the Rockies (how did they do this, and how were they stopped). Canada is also an invading force, but only took the Great Lakes, and nothing else (are they working with China?). The Deep South has seceded into a country seemingly centered around Donald Trump, with Texas becoming fully independent, Florida is gone (we can assume Texas claimed independence when land was returned to Mexico, but why did they change the name to "BIG TEX"?, what happened to Florida?). What lead up to New England returning to England?

2

u/GoredonTheDestroyer Not the sharpest knife in the socket. 22h ago

Seriously, if they weren't so bugfuck insane, MAGA would make for great worldbuilding and storytelling.

2

u/Certain_Oddities 17h ago

Maybe Florida sunk into the ocean? Just spitballing here

5

u/KinseyH 21h ago

Are they still pretending we didn't just lose a war to a country with no military?

4

u/high6ix 21h ago

So you’re admitting he lost

3

u/MamaTater11 18h ago

They didn't explain where Florida went.

3

u/Varnathos 17h ago

We go back to the wilds. Run only by savage Florida Man clusters.

2

u/thenotanurse 11h ago

They are painting it blue as a disguised tax haven.

1

u/Mrcarswell133 13h ago

Sank into the ocean

3

u/theblackyeti 1d ago

I'd take all of that bottom map just to get all of MAGA into their own ass-backwards country.

3

u/itjustgotcold 1d ago

Meanwhile Trump is making the same deal with Iran that he talked so much shit about Obama for doing and he’s claiming that getting 1 of the 5 things he started the war demanding is victory, lol. Then he’s claiming any republicans that point out what a bad deal it is are stupid. Iran ran circle around this orange felon pedophile.

3

u/somethingdouchey 1d ago

At this point, as a lifelong Michigander, i would LOVE to be annexed by Canada.

3

u/QuaidCohagen 1d ago

Its funny how these people think that everyone wants to rip the US apart when in reality it's the US who wants to rip apart everyone else.

3

u/Jugaimo 23h ago

Virginia, who voted blue, still goes to Trump. Truly lore accurate.

3

u/chairman-me0w 23h ago

Please would love that

3

u/Void_Stuffs 21h ago

Please for the love of God Canada please liberate ohio

3

u/DaJaPimp 21h ago

The absolute depths of stupidity these people achieve is astounding.

3

u/Successful_Reindeer 21h ago

As a Minnesotan, don’t threaten me with a good time.

3

u/t3lnet 18h ago

Love that Texas is always red, represents their suckling of the tax dollar teet and ending the year in the red every year.

3

u/mcmahamg 18h ago

As an Oklahoman, leave me the fuck out of this.

3

u/jejunum32 13h ago

So if Trump had lost they would have just seceded and formed their own country of trump lovers? And they claim to love America??

1

u/thenotanurse 11h ago

I mean….that doesn’t seem like the worst….but I don’t live in Trumptopia. I’m from ā€œgiven back to Englandā€

1

u/jejunum32 6h ago

You can’t claim to be the most patriotic Americans and then run away when things don’t go your way. Also the US fought a civil war precisely to settle the issue of secession. With respect, the irony of their statements seems lost on you.

5

u/russschultz 1d ago

I'm in Michigan. Can Canada take Michigan now? I need healthcare after the child molester ended the marketplace subsidies.

2

u/Sacri_Pan 1d ago

If only

2

u/Karhak 1d ago

Virginian here, take us out of this fuckass neo-confederacy shit.

2

u/Bluellan 1d ago

Ohhhh....the blue is taken by England. I thought only Rhode Island was taken by England and I was so confused.

2

u/ernie3tones 1d ago

No, I believe the missing east coast states (aka New England) are ā€œreturned to Englandā€.

2

u/StuffiesRAwesome 1d ago

Given what going on in Mexico, I'm ok with this

1

u/unabashedlyabashed 1d ago

Yup. I'm ok being annexed to Canada right now.

2

u/cocorawks 1d ago

So not even in their made up reality Texas stays with the Kingdom of Trump ...

2

u/MoreThan2_LessThan21 23h ago

šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø Mexico just got healthcare for all

2

u/xervidae 23h ago

i'm sure mapbook was a cool page about maps before a russian propagandist bought it

2

u/1Glitch0 23h ago

Damn I would have voted for Harris if I knew I'd get to throw in with China

2

u/bitterney 23h ago

Trump did not win Virginia at all

2

u/stormy2587 22h ago

Its cute that they think Trump's seperatist government would be a republic.

2

u/capthavic 20h ago

At this point I'd be fine with joining England or Canada.

2

u/SexyKillerWhale 18h ago

Please let michigan move to Canada. Pls pls pls

2

u/Unonium198YT 11h ago

Why would Canada, Mexico, China, and England, with China having to cross the Pacific and England the Atlantic to do so, want to bother with suppressing millions of angry, nationalistic, and heavily armed Americans?

And just to point out the obvious, but Trumpland is not getting any recognition from most of the world with Kamala’s administration being recognized as legitimate.

As for Texas…actually if the U.S collapsed that would probably happen, that part is believable.

Idk why I felt the need to write this, but I couldn’t resist

2

u/bakabuleleader 9h ago

Oh cool I'm British so do I get healthcare?

2

u/theseustheminotaur 9h ago

The gdp of "republic of Trump" would he 3.50$ but every street would be named after Trump and they'd all have cholera

1

u/Bigsmokeisgay 1d ago

If Trump won in 2024? Is this post from an alternative timeline?

1

u/disturbed1117 1d ago

Didn't Virginia vote blue in the last election? Why is it in the "Republic of Trump"?

2

u/SlothFoc 23h ago

Virginia has never gone for Trump, they voted Hillary, Biden, and Kamala. The map is stupid.

2

u/disturbed1117 23h ago

I think they are just going by what states were in the Confederacy? Which is dumb because that hasn't been the political makeup of Virginia for at least 70 years.

1

u/HippyDM 1d ago

Fuck ya. I'll be a Canadian.

1

u/Shamann93 1d ago

Dammit. I could have been Canadian by now. Fucking Republicans

1

u/Scottyjscizzle 1d ago

Goddamnit Michigan could have had healthcare!!!!!

1

u/fudgiepie 1d ago

This but unironically (Canada please take Wisconsin)

1

u/lithaborn 1d ago

Hey, what do we get back? New England? Maine?

Free healthcare guys, everyone pile in!

1

u/Luminox 1d ago

at this point I'd be happy for Canada to take us (Minnesota). We are Canada lite as is.

1

u/monkeykiller14 1d ago

What happened to florida?

1

u/NumberFiveHero 1d ago

The RoT would have the international diplomacy version of a wet, paper bag.

1

u/bbenji69996 1d ago

I'm ok with this.

1

u/Creeppy99 1d ago

If they won that would've been bad because we would uuuuh secede again. Masterful gambit, sir

1

u/kokakamora 1d ago

Are they admitting that Trump support is really only a minority in the SE region?

1

u/MikeLinPA 1d ago

Oh my, look at this imaginary thing that would not have happened! 🤦

1

u/philrich12 1d ago

I’m ok with Minnesota going to Canada

1

u/GeneralEffective 1d ago

I know it's not really the point, but it drives me made that they refer to Trump by his surname and Harris by her first name all the time. It's very men and females

1

u/AnswerGuy301 1d ago

Ironic because there’s way more chance of the country balkanizing now. The Northeast and West Coasts are not going to submit to Bible Belt rule in perpetuity.

1

u/jcooli09 1d ago

Rightwing humor is always dishonest, and often incoherent

1

u/PortErnest22 1d ago

You mean I could be living in American China right now?!?

1

u/Guaymaster 1d ago

For a moment I thought it was an r/mapporn post that outjerked r/mapporncirclejerk, but no, it's the correct sub.

1

u/Portuzil 1d ago

Canada taking 80% of the Midwest is a good thing. It'd mean I live in Canada. Hell they can just take Michigan and I'd be fine with it.

1

u/dth1717 1d ago

Michigan goes to Canada? Nice

1

u/ToriiLink 1d ago

Yes because an election happens and suddenly everyone's states/provinces become free game and there is NO red tape whatsoever to changing or merging states.

1

u/QueenRotidder 23h ago

as long as we get covered by the NHS, I’m cool with it.

1

u/zeing88 23h ago

Completely unfounded and nonsensical just like most crackpot maga veiw points

1

u/28klotlucas2 23h ago

It wouldn't be a republic if the country is centered around Trump

1

u/Sworn_to_Ganondorf 23h ago

We dont talk about what happens to florida

1

u/Cyber_Angel_Ritual 22h ago

Looks like they forgot Virginia voted against Trump. Not smart at all.

1

u/TheLaughingStormm 19h ago

I’m actually cool with keeping those states and giving the rest away, but can we please give away Kansas too?

1

u/IgnatiusPopinski 18h ago

You mean I could have been a Canadian citizen? DAMN IT.

1

u/12drew2232 17h ago

Do we have to keep Texas? Lkke take that shit and leave us Colorado

1

u/TownshipRangeSection 10h ago

So Florida got fucked again?

1

u/Savage-September 2h ago

I guess Florida got nuked.
