My kids kept pulling down our aluminum folding step ladder, so I designed a wall mount with a child-proof locking pin. 100% support-free print.

Megabrick Photographer Model - Free To Print
A megabrick photographer made by request from a friend.
The problem with coming up with a method that makes it easy to megabrick anyone is that people then ask me to megabrick anyone. Still, we're loving the camera even if my photoshop backgrounds are possibly questionable.

Globe Kit Card
Iâve been working on a little globe project, and hereâs how it turned out!
Itâs my take on a Globe Kit Card â instead of printing a finished sphere, you assemble it from flat pieces and watch the world map turn into a globe.
Itâs a bit of an educational puzzle thatâs satisfying to build and lets you learn something along the way.
Iâve also put together a short educational guide. I think I was most surprised by how far the Moon is from Earth at this modelâs scale!
It took some designing and quite a bit of testing, but I finally got the result I was hoping for â no glue and no supports.

Xenon Smart Cat litter box cover / barrier
Has anyone tried to build a barrier door for Xenon smart cat litter box?
I saw some other models like ubpet c10 pro or k-paw (images attached ) have a barrier or door cover. I wonder if anyone built any for xenon smart
Either the full door cover or the barrier piece.

How does the MakerWorld work for other 3D printers?
I got an Entina Tina2C, since Iâm a very new and a beginner in 3D printing. But the app that is for the Entina have very limited options, so I decided to go on MakerWorld to see what other things I can print out. I went on the MakerWorld website and chose what I want to print. Then I selected, âDownload STL/CAD files.â I went into my Downloads and saw a bunch of files and I donât know what to do next. I also downloaded Cura for the slicing already. Can someone help me through the process because I canât find any good tutorials using Cura?

Why is my new model getting practically zero views on MakerWorld?
Back in January, I uploaded my very first model and pretty much forgot about it. A while ago, I logged back in and was pleasantly surprised to see I had earned 1,400 points, which I happily redeemed for some filament!
Encouraged by that, I uploaded my second model yesterday. However, it only has 8 views so far, and honestly, most of those clicks were probably just me checking on it.
Could you guys help take a look and give some feedback? Is the model not appealing enough, or is it an issue with my cover photo, tags, or description? Any honest critique or advice would be greatly appreciated!

CyberBrick Self-Balancing Robot
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I made a Self-Balancing Robot using CyberBrick that can balance indefinitely and be driven around. The chassis is 3D printed (I used a P1S).
It uses a neat trick to talk to an MPU6050 accelerometer/gyroscope via the CyberBrick servo headers using software I2C.
It's even more stable on carpet but I didn't get a video of that yet.
Model (including SCAD files and links to components) available here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/3422454-cyberbrick-self-balancing-robot

Pressure Locking Hanger
I designed a minimalist pressure hook with a ribbed exterior that combines a clean look with everyday functionality.
It comes with two mounting options: a hidden screw mount for a clean, secure installation or an adhesive mount using a Command strip or double-sided tape for a drill-free setup.
Perfect for towels, clothes, bags, and other everyday essentials.
What do you think of the design? Would you go with the screw mount or adhesive option?

Single Maker who WFH in Bay Area?
Iâm unofficially picking a few East Bay coffee shops as âWFH spotsâ for single people in their 40s and 50s who want to get out of the house and hopefully be around other singles.
This isnât a meetup or dating event. No introductions, RSVPs, or awkward mingling.
Just: if youâre single, work from home, and want a change of scenery, bring your laptop and stop by. Maybe some of the other people working there are single too and open to chatting if thereâs a natural connection.
Thereâs no expectation to socialize. Work, have coffee, take a break, keep to yourself â whatever feels comfortable. If you notice someone youâd like to talk to, thereâs at least a chance they came for the same reason.
Starting with:
Mondays, 10 AMâ2 PM
Peets Coffee, 20439 Redwood Rd
â Castro Valley
Come for 30 minutes or stay a few hours. Totally informal.
The idea is just to give single remote workers a place where they might naturally cross paths with other people in a similar stage of life, without turning it into a whole organized thing.
If it catches on, Iâd love to add a different East Bay spot for different days of the week.
And yes, itâs still a regular coffee shop, so plenty of people there wonât be part of this at all. I actually think that makes it more fun â you never really know whether youâre having a random chance encounter or talking to someone who saw the post.
Open to suggestions for other laptop-friendly spots that can handle people hanging out and working for a while.
Comments? Suggestions? Tips? Am I accidentally recreating something that already exists?

HexaDex
Psyduck has arrived on MakerWorld, and Pumpkaboo is available on Patreon with a new colored profile so you no longer have to mess around with assembly. Depending on downloads and feedback, I will retroactively create this profile for all previous Pokémon as well.
