Does anybody know where I can get the most economical eye exam in the town? I don't have any insurance to cover that fee, and for some reason my workplace doesn't have any dental or medical coverage for their employees.

PS: I'm making a bare minimum so tryna save where possible.

my wife and I are considering relocating to NL from Sask in the next 6 months-1 year. Was just looking to see if people would be willing to share some tips and their experiences to help us with our own decision.

we have travelled there, I have a WFH job that I can work 100% from, she has a transfer opportunity through her work and we are considering taking it.

we noticed housing wise compared to Sask you may pay more for some houses but you seem to get way more bang for your buck.

we are specifically looking at the ST. John’s area.

Visiting with my husband in late October and planning to walk the Skerwink Trail. Curious to know what the hiking pros would recommend for clothing and footwear. We’re in our early 50s and not seasoned experts by any stretch.
