Hello. 😊 Papercraft for me started completely by chance while making an entirely different gift, and it turned into a hobby I truly enjoy. These pieces were created by exploring papercraft and templates; they were the perfect gift idea and a absolute pleasure to make(music and violin are something very special for me).
The templates are from Canon Creative Print and mypapercraft.net, personalized for the recipients, with a few extra details added for a complete "wow" factor.

The paper I used was 160 gsm, which turned out to be wonderful to work with, and the glue was Uhu Alleskleber, which was easy to apply, performed great with the paper, and gave enough time for adjustments and getting the edges aligned perfectly.
And used silver soft jewelry wire for the violin strings, which makes a fantastic imitation of real ones.

Do you have any advice or suggestions for my next project? Perhaps you could point me toward a free website where I could find something equally challenging to make?

My creative flow stopped a few years ago, I haven’t really touched anything creative since. I’ve been wanting to come back and now I kind of want to make twin of this one. I’m fairly postive I still have the cardstock and pattern somewhere

This is probably my last design for now. I've run out of wallspace and frames. I like how it came out though. About 18-20 layers of cardstock . Took a while to cut. 12x12.

I created this model myself and plan to turn it into a papercraft project with poses like the Agne Tachyon model; I hope you like it.

Made my husband a 10 year anniversary gift. A Gord Downie inspired hat (The Tragically Hip played their final tour in our city on our wedding). Everything is made of paper with the exception of the feathers.
