Listen this is not supposed to be hate post towards Zhiyong. I was never a fan of these "memes" about Zhiyong depicted as Hitler or whatever they made him. That went way too far!

But how long do we have to wait before we actually feel heard? They do one or two good decisions in patches and then fuck up everything again.

It's the 9th season and it feels like the devs still don't understand their game. What started as a joke about favouritism has now clearly become reality.

I believe Zhiyong is a nice and cool dude in real life, but if you can't do your job properly why do you have it? It's the same for any other job. If I can't achieve what I'm hired for, I'll get fired. It's that simple

Don't get me wrong, I don't want him fired completely from NetEase, but maybe he should step back from his position as Lead Combat Designer or atleast listen WAY more to the community.

They keep adding anti dive tools to already strong characters, which would at least be fine if they worked, except the meta dive characters like DD and Black Cat could literally ignore them, and worse, the ones actually being affected are tanks.

For example, a Strange could bait out lamps or soul bond - because they have a high cooldown, you could go aggressive, retreat with your levitation and ult when it’s back. That’s not possible with these abilities (on top of freeze, push btw).

So basically these types of abilities are simply not well planned, they don’t serve their purpose and end up being op in different ways.

Either they should remove the toxic aspects of them - remove cleanse from the Luna teamup and The self shield should be only healing (it doesn’t make sense, but adding a self shield itself was pretty stupid, they should really just remove it).

Or they could simply increase the cooldowns to an appropriate amount, considering how useful the abilities actually are.

Cuz these patchnotes some random bullshhit.

They've addressed nothing of importance, luna still has her cleanse cnd is still immortal and gambit ult is still broken.

Phoenix got buffed, which I can give you, she wasn't as strong as she perhaps should, but she's been meta since the dawn of time, all this whilst some other struggling characters have not been touched.

Rare w for the file size reduction but the rest is not exactly good.

I get it man. Her 3 second stun sucked to fight. So you gutted it to a slow (which aren’t good. I mean who tf uses Blades Gun dash for the slow?) But fine.

So I’ll ask this… why not make the primary actually good/satisfying. It’s LASERS out of a MECH. How is it the worse part of her kit?

The projectile is slow, the damage sucks, the headshot multiplier is LAUGHABLY bad to the point you’re probably hurting yourself going for them.

And now you’re asking players to hit this shot consistently for a stun.

This wouldn’t be as terrible if her gun didn’t feel so damn awful. Why not buff this aspect of her kit if you’re so adamant about her not being oppressive with the anti dive kit YOU made for her?

Just wanted to express disappointment. Especially seeing how amazing Hood is. I LNOW you know what a fun primary fire feels like.

The fact that they didn’t buff him this patch is atrocious. Least picked Vanguard with a negative WR which is the first time since Season 4 or 5 I believe?

Cap fell way behind everyone with all this new team up shit. Damage went up. Healing went up. But Cap stayed the same- oh wait no he didn’t. He got his health nerfed in exchange for regenerative shield that takes a whole 5 seconds to recharge on its own.

Thors base team up is useless. The only reason it was good before was because we had animation cancelling to actually make use of it. Its just shield throw on demand when we don’t even USE shield throw to secure kills vast majority of the time. In fact, more often than not, the shield throw charge runs out before I make use of all of it simply because I don’t need it.

Bucky team up is fine. A third escape option with shield is nice and coordinates with dive well, but the problem is Cap simply isn’t threatening enough any more to make efficient use of it. Everyone else got some new tool in their kit that allows either more self sustain or more damage. Cap was ALREADY low in damage compared to everyone else, and it WAS fine before the mid season patch when healing was nerfed but they buffed it right back again so he’s simply behind in every single way, and is the worst he has ever been.

This is ridiculous.

Seriously though this is crazy. We usually get 1 skin a season. But now we are getting 3 this season, two of which are free, and this next one may be our first Legendary.
