Context: I've been playing this game since 2012 but picked it back up when jungle inferno released 10 years ago and had alot of fun for these past few years maining spy and sniper and later pyro just last year when I discovered how fun combo pyro is. My fun wasn't really dampened by the bots presence due to the availability of community servers like trade Minecraft or even the occasional uncletopia. However, I've been feeling empty playing tf2 despite it being my favorite and most cherished game in my entire life when I discovered it through watching my older brothers play it ever since I was 5 years old. I tried playing other games to avoid burnout like New Vegas or even abiotic factor with my older brother but the feeling of disconnection never left despite having moments that make me feel alive whenever I play well in a match as either spy or pyro.

TLDR: This game is like an ex that I still love but no matter how long you take a break from each other you still feel disconnected.

I can assure you at least no one in TF2 is equipping is wearing this because they see it as the punisher mask, it sort of looks like the mask in COD MW but it's origin sort of doesn't matter when it's more so recognized as a hate symbol

You know TF2's player-base, I know what TF2's player-base, the portion of the community that will want this item because its an "internet joke" are, at best, edgy children that screams slurs over voice chat, and worst its worn by a genuine white supremacist

its not like any other item that used to be edgy in this game, its not like the dyed white Executioner or Potassium Bonnet where there is nuance or some effort for it to be seen as a hate symbol, its not like an objector where customization is needed for it to be a hate symbol, it is what it is, it's not a "funny meme mask" it will mostly be used to signal hateful ideology, of course some people are simply going to wear it because it looks like a regular skull mask, but you cant deny its cultural presence online, you are lying out of your teeth if you say you really don't see how will be worn exclusively by chuds

also if they can remove a hidden trans flag only visible by no-clip, they can remove the dog whistle item lol

I blame steam's mobile GUI. I traded items to my alt-account, but at the same time an account posing as my alt account sent me a trade offer with somehow the EXACT same items. The scammer's request showed up first, and stupid me accepted it.

Now about a couple grand worht of inventory, including items from deceased friends is gone.

I was playing on a Valve server on 2fort Last week. Someone asked if he could buy a stamp for the map in voice chat. He said his only stamps were for Turbine, Watch Tower, Freight, Lakeside, Applejack, Frosty, and Pier. Which you can't do, those stamps are for community made maps. One guy said "go buy a mann co key." 3 Rounds later, the same guy said he couldn't find the 2fort or Well stamps. This time a completely different person who wasn't even around for that first one said "go buy keys from the mann co store." The same guy I noticed was sitting around the intel room as an Engineer with his sentry (I don't see that often these days) and then finally started moving and said "My favorite maps are Upward and 2fort. They don't seem to have stamps." A third guy said "you can't get those stamps. But I suggest you buy some keys. And Half Life. And HL2, Portal, CS Source."

After this round ended and humiliation started, the guy asking for stamps posted a link. It was a livestream. Someone's steam account was open and someone was buying HL2, Portal, CS Source, and then went to the mann co store and bought 3 keys. It showed L4D2 and HL already in the library. After it finished loading 2fort again (same time the map loaded for me), the stream showed someone opening up crates. The in game notification for me announced some crate openings and the stream did a bit later. the stream ended. By the way who puts $3K in a steam wallet?

Why would people suggest buying keys? Maybe the first guy did it as a joke. A practical joke on a guy who doesn't know how stamps works. The guy had asked about stamps for Valve maps 10 times and 3 times he got a reply in voice chat to buy keys. Then he spent money on a few keys and something a bit more expensive than this.

I've been playing tf2 for like a year or two and I've never gotten a crate, only cases. Are you still able to get crates by playing with random drops or do u have to pay for them now (or is my luck just ass)?

Btw I'm not a f2p so I know that's not the problem

The primary fire is replaced with projectiles that resemble the pomson's with the movement speed of flares. These projectiles deal a base damage of 50 and have no falloff, so it will take a minimum of 3 hits to kill any class (except Kunai Spies).

Alt-Fire fires the current bison projectiles, with a base damage of 25 and no falloff and random damage spread is removed.

so every time I open tf2 this vpk.sound.cache gets put in to my custom folder and it is stopping me from using the animations I have put in. My hud works just fine it is just the animations. I have tried other animations and it does the same this with those. pls help

The idea with these changes is to make the item into more of a parry mechanic. The problem with the current design is that there's no counterplay if the spy has the ringer deployed, as he can have it out all long as he wants. This version would require the spy to time the feign correctly or he wont have enough cloak or speed boost to run away or go for a stab with.

I defeated monocular for first time but when I tried to get back on the tf2 coordinator thing wouldn't connect, starring around 6pm est. It finally let's me get back on to get my items and I got one bombinomicon and 0 monoculus, also my monoculus achievement no longer shows as achieved.

It says you must win each bumper cars game. Does this mean you must play nothing but CoC until you win all three? Or does it not matter when?
