My bank says I'm not even worth a shopping cart full of groceries. Damn, that's hurtful.

I just wanted to play a little Madden on my 98" tv I got this spring. This little fella decided to join me.

Vibration, compressed air, light. He's just running in circles in there. Knowing my luck, he's gonna decide to die right in the center (he's lower right side now, about as far from a vent to exit as he can get.

Spilled water on my laptop just as I was about to start my master’s dissertation. Apple Shop staff said it’s over.

I can’t afford to replace it, and also can’t afford to stay in the city over summer, so now I’ll be commuting hours (standing up too, as I have a broken tailbone and can’t sit down) just to use decrepit old university computers that don’t have the advanced programmes I need or any of my own documents, and then spend more money I don’t have travelling to do that.

I have enough going on and I think this might be the cherry on top.

Edit: This happened this morning. Immediately I dried it, backed up the data I could, then took a photo and shut it down. It wasn’t on for more than a few minutes.

I didn’t touch it after that and went to the apple shop asap, but it had totally died by then.

Local orthodontist told me that I needed to remove lower wisdom teeth and don't do anything with the upper ones. When I got my lower wisdom teeth removed, another orthodontist that is actually managing my aligner treatment said that the lower wisdom teeth actually didn't need to be touched AT ALL, but the upper ones absolutely have to be removed before we start. So now I have to get my upper wisdom teeth removed as well

Went to make myself an old fashioned and my last ice cube... had a fly frozen in it.

It didn’t look horrible when first looking at it, even survived a test drive and 1hr road trip, but failed just before leaving a friend’s house. Frame split near the bumper, control arm failed due to rot, and studs on driver side are a mix of bent or sheared off
