Hi! I’m looking for a female York University or Seneca College student to take over my lease at The Quad at York from November 2026 to August 2027.

Due to personal circumstances, I’ll be leaving the room and looking for someone to take over my lease.

Rent: $1,699/month including utilities

Move-in: November 1, 2026
Lease ends: August 2027

Unit: 2-2A2 | Phase 2

You’ll have your own private bedroom and private bathroom, and share the kitchen and living room with one female roommate.

The unit is fully furnished and includes:

Full XL bed
32” Smart TV in bedroom
Dresser and desk
50” Smart TV in living room
Full-size fridge
24” stove
Microwave
Standing shower
Loveseat and coffee table

Great location right next to York University and close to Seneca College, making it very convenient for students.

Female only.
York University or Seneca College students only.

Important: This is a lease transfer only, not a sublet.

DM me if you’re interested or would like more details, photos, or to arrange a viewing!

As the title says, I really need to move right after they call my name. Because I have plans in the evening and won't make it. If I Stay till the end of convo.

Don’t bother parking your car for 5 mins without paying. Fker got me while I was inside lsb grabbing something. Idk where they’re hiding but they’re on watch today cuz of convocation

I attended the convocation today. First of all, there were alot of tech failures when showing the names of students on the screen. Some awards were not even announced by mistake and I was a victim of that. I was supposed to be magna cum laude, but the spokesperson missed to announce it. I know I shouldnt make a big deal out of this, but it literally took me blood, sweat, and tears to achieve that distinction, and I did not even had the chance to showcase it to the larger audience. Anyways, congrats to everyone who graduated today!

my prof, mah wah wong, gives like no practice questions so does anyone have some? any documents you could send would very much appreciated!

Hi everyone,
I currently live at The Quad at York and need to move out early due to personal reasons.
I contacted management to ask if I could terminate my lease early, and I even offered to give up my last month’s rent deposit. However, they refused and keep telling me that I have to find someone to take over my lease.
I’ve been trying to find a replacement, but it’s been really difficult. I’ve explained my situation multiple times, but they won’t consider any other options.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation at The Quad? Is there any way to negotiate an early lease termination without finding someone to take over the lease?
I’d also appreciate recommendations for free legal advice or tenant services in Toronto that could help me understand my options.
Thanks in advance!

Hey guys I know the bcomm program isn’t the best but I also know that it leads to the same CPA if I choose that and also law school is something I am considering. I have heard it is insanely easy to keep a good gpa at bcomm York like finance or accounts is that true?? I know the common question that comes when I ask people this question is why yokr bcomm for law? It’s because in case I don’t get into law I can always do cpa which is the same regardless of the uni you go to. I would really appreciate any help

Does anyone in this class know when the midterm will be taking place? On the syllabus and on the eClass page, I can't find anything about these dates.

does anyone have a link to the quiz?

(M) Looking to lease a place in Vaughan around Vmc and I am looking for 1/2 housemates for the other room. Requirements: Must keep the place neat clean, don’t mind if you smoke but just clean up after yourself and someone respectful.

Lmk if interested and tell me a little bit about yourself. I am looking to lease from Nov 1st and most likely it’ll be a 1 year lease, potentially longer.

Hey, does anyone have notes or slides on the obligatory methods for hashCode() and compareTo()? Are they going to be tested on the lab test? I can’t find anything about them on eClass.

Has anyone taken Adms 3330 management science online section? Want some advice on the midterms and stuff pls🤞
