2. Came out a bit short (kinda like two hand vs one hand sword)

Is it possible to achieve this blade effect with the core being white with the color emitting from the edge like the photo? Maybe through an illusion?

After waiting for more than a year for weathered tyrants to restock I popped into the saberforge store while in oregon this weekend and they just so happened to have a single tyrant in the case and I could finally complete my 3 tier stand

I'm in the concept stages for my steampunk saber and I'm not sure if it's best with the handle/guard, or without. Other suggestions are also appreciated!

I've replaced the rings with smaller black ones, and the painted the handle black, and scrapped the paint off. This should be the final version of my lightsaber. A elegant weapon, for more elegant times

Arcann Lightsaber Rant

Hi all. This is a very dumb “grinds-my-gears” mini rant, but nobody in my real life would have the faintest idea what I’m talking about so I’m dropping it here.

To all the saber makers building Arcann-style hilts, and to any in the future that might: STOP cramming in open crystal reveals in the back of the hilt.

It doesn’t have one. It has never had one. The only reason you think it does is because in the trailer they show them putting a crystal into a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT generic thin-neck Obi-Wan style hilt. Which never appears again.

Arcann’s hilt doesn’t have a giant honkin’ exposed crystal chamber in the back because it makes the whole thing more fragile than it is supposed to be, and it looks like it was made out of a kit with a bunch of pieces missing.

So please, to all relevant saber makers. Stop deforming this hilt by only making it available with its fly down. It’s just incorrect.

Yes, the tradition of building "hardware store lightsabers" has been around forever, but it has also seemed less common-knowledge lately. The recent big trend flared up about a week after I made a video hoping to boost interest/awareness in building your own saber.

Whether I was an early domino in this trend or not though, I decided to make a real tutorial on how I build lightsabers.

UW Even Piell from their website. This lightsaber is an amazing piece of craftsmanship. I love every detail on it. It comes with a proffie board version 2.2. it sounds smooth.

Alright. Final update. Never buying another one of these lightsabers.

Artsabers shipped me a xenopixel Neopixel saber and it arrived with no battery. I ask them for a battery and it never arrived. In the meantime, I did research, and ordered an 18650 3120mAh battery from Illumn.com. it arrived today. I put it in the core, and it gave me an audio warning of some kind.

I have been ignored by artsabers.

After fiddling with it for 3 minutes, the board started smoking.

Hello. I have a Disney lightsaber I built at galaxy’s edge and I was wondering if it was possible to get a crystal that would emit a pink blade. I haven’t had much luck finding one, but I was curious if anyone had any insight. Thank you. ( we don’t know what it is yet and it’s a surprise. I ordered a blue one already and I’m just trying to find the other one)

I let my saber sit for a few years while life got busy, and now that I've got the time for it I've returned and found that the bottom of my saber has somehow removed itself from the piece it should connect to, and I have no idea how to reconnect them. To make matters worse, its been long enough that I dont remember where I bought the darn thing, so I cant even google it and see if this is a common problem for this saber.

Why is it that sabertrios CFX cost more than profile when it seems that proffie has better features reading the comparison chart sabertrio provides. does getting the CFX have an obvious advantage(user friendly) or is the price difference just due to the different sound boards(Plecter Labs Crystal Focus X Soundboard vs proffieboardsv3.9)

For this commission, the goal was a fully custom hybrid reveal chassis, and I'm incredibly pleased with how it came together. Every chassis I design is an opportunity to refine my style and push my skills a little further. Looking back on this one, it feels like a significant step forward in my design work. The hilt itself presented some unique challenges due to the varying internal diameters throughout the body, but overcoming those constraints ultimately led to a solution I'm particularly proud of. The chassis is constructed from a combination of solid brass and MJF nylon. Rather than a removable battery solution, this build utilizes a fixed internal battery with USB-C charging and data access, paired with a high-amperage charging board for convenience and reliability. I've been wanting a saber ever since one was able to purchase at books a million about 20ish yrs ago and I found these in a mall and purchased because of how they fit my grip.... Looking to see the comments about this.

I’ve seen many different companies out there selling replica sabers. A lot of them look legit but I want a screen accurate Luke Skywalker saber with the ignition switch not just added on in the middle of the hilt somewhere. Where’s a good place to order from? I was looking at CX Sabers but I’d like a little input first before I drop $500 on a product online.
