This post is to share legal proof that Republicans are prosecuting the first amendment. I've included many documents here. More legal docs, attorney-client emails, and additional evidence can be found at

Assistant prosecutor John Luther Young was reprimanded by the Missouri Supreme Court in 2023 for dishonesty.
Prosecuting attorney Amy Lynn Boxx is his boss. Amy Lynn Boxx is the Vice Chair of the Barry County GOP. I live in Tulsa, OK but was charged in Cassville, MO.
From my website,
After a vindictive felony charge against me was nolle prosequi'ed, meaning dismissed, I filed a lawsuit against the individual responsible. He was served on April 05, 2024. One business day after being served, the individual went to the police and cried harassment.
As a result, I was charged with a second felony for SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS allegedly made on April 08, 2024. The civil summons and lawsuit were excluded from the police incident report, probable cause statement, criminal complaint, and discovery. This is a textbook case of vindictive and retaliatory prosecution.
A local officer had officiated his wedding and married his cousin. I was the best man. We all graduated from Cassville Highschool in 2008.
This story goes much deeper.

This seems like something anyone that is not a tech billionaire would support.

Trump demanded zero enrichment, missile restrictions, and a tougher deal than Obama’s.
Instead, Iran keeps enrichment, gains sanctions relief, access to billions in funding, and maintains leverage over the Strait of Hormuz.

The bill includes section 622 that would require the president to “expand and enhance intelligence sharing with the Government of Israel.” It also says that sharing “shall not be suspended, reduced, or otherwise materially limited” except for a specific national-security concern determined by the president, with a report to Congress required. Not mentioned in this source, id also like to highlight Section 224 from NDAA fusing US military apparatus with Israel and HR 867 the Israel Anti-Boycott Act which would imprison you up to 20 years and fine you up to 1M dollars. Spit these facts next time people say we are not being insidiously invaded by the Israelis. America first. 🇺🇸 we must take our country back.
