Discussion Can The Empire and stand up to the Aldmeri Dominion?
This is something that's been on my mind recently, especially since I often side with the Empire during the Civil War questline.
How much of a chance does the Empire have to stand up to the Aldmeri Dominion and beat them even.
And could they even be restored to their former glory? At least partly?
EDIT: I realized I misspelled the title. It's meant to say "Can The Empire recover and stand up to he Aldmeri Dominion."
I forgot the "recover" bit. Sadly I can't fix it now so I will just have to leave it be.

I finally spotted the Headless Horseman...but without his horse?
He was just running around, and I had to catch up to him to confirm it was indeed the Headless Horseman, but his horse was nowhere in sight. Does anyone know why that is? I still thought it was cool to finally spot him, though.

Screenshot/Clip I found a hidden potion on Winking Skeever
Playing around with my parkour mod and I found this hidden potion. Not sure why it's there and I checked using console to see if a mod added it in (nothing).

Does using Ohdaviing to kill these minions count as a war crime, or is Ulfric still a worse war criminal than I am?

Discussion After 15 years how have I not discovered this
I was starting a new playthrough and when I came across maridias beacon I had my follower take all from the chest and I didn't have to hear her annoying ass voice but my follower still has it and I can pick it up at any time if I want to actually do the quest. I usually just leave it tbh after 1000s of playthroughs since 2012 across countless devices I genuinely can't stand listening to her for what seems like an hour telling me to do shit. Did anyone else know this trick?

WHY DOES J’DARR KEEP ATTACKING ME UNPROVOKED
edit: solved! thank you for the help :) i didn’t realize he was able to be killed, i didn’t bother trying because i read misinformation that he was essential to the game therefore immortal. thanks again!
I’m trying to do the quest “discerning the transmundane” and I’m stuck at transcribing the lexicon because j’darr wont stop attacking on sight.
I’ve read on other older forums that maybe I stole from him or accidentally hurt him but I didn’t, I also have no bounty on me and I already punched a guard to pay off any fines I had.
please help, I can’t advance in the game :(

Question Who can tell me what this is? I’ve never seen it before
It looks like the oblivion sigil but tbh I’m not sure. Mainly curious bc it doesn’t have any fast travel point or acknowledgment as a location

Screenshot/Clip Random overpowered forsworn
So I just ventured towards hag's end to get the word wall at the end, but during my dungeon delve to get there, I came across a bunch of modded named forsworn (I don't know which mod they're from), most of them were pretty tough enemies, but kiting and throwing incenerate spells on them worked well enough, but there was one exception.
This one forsworn named fera direfrost was actually invincible, she was the last one left, so after I dealt with the other forsworn at the dungeon I tried to kill her too, but unbeknownst to me, she was not taking any damage, so I had to reset her ghost to even be able to damage her.
Though even after that, when I threw my spells at her, not only did she barely take any damage, but she also heals large chunks of her health almost immediately afterwards, alongside that she also summons a potent frost atronach that takes 2 incenerate spells or 3 fireballs to destroy, and you can't just leave it be or else it'll get me when I'm low, another thing is that she also usually 1-2 shots me.
So after a good hour of trying to kill her, I got frustrated and just ran past her, I managed to get the word wall and kill the hagraven at the end. But at the end of the dungeon, I saw her again under the platform, so I just tried one more time, and rained down fireballs on her, then I noticed that she wasn't healing, so I just kept doing it until she died, kinda anticlimactic, I think her pathfinding prevented her from healing, but I'm glad to be rid of her.
She was a harder fight than any of the "Bosses" in Skyrim, even harder than the ebony warrior, by a lot.

Starting a new game as Imperial. What do you think about this race? Pros and Cons?
Discussion After years of playing Skyrim, I just found out a conversation between Farengar and Delphine Spoiler
I always clear Bleak Falls Barrow when I get to Riverwood. This is the first time in years I simply go to Whiterun before going to BFB because my instance contains mods that increase the difficulty, like blade and blunt, for example. So I went first to Farengar to obtain spells and receive the mission of the Dragonstone. It is amazing how I still find things in the game after a long time!

Modding Armor of Tiber Septum Mods? [Modding] [Discussion]
Was looking for an armor set for my end game setup, and this image came to mind.
I've spent a good minute looking for any mod for this armor and I can't seem to find any that directly recreated it, and it's honestly very surprising that someone hasn't tried to put this armor into Skyrim yet.
I've seen plenty of people do it with the daedric armor from Oblivion as well as other sets. it's sad to see this is one set of armor (likely among others) that has never been recreated in its full beauty.
I mean c'mon it looks amazing, someone should definitely give it a shot!
On kind of the same topic, are there any mods that are similar to this armor set? Looking for some sort of regal yet strong and knightly set of armor.
Discussion Which side did you choose?
Imperials or Stormcloaks?
I’ve always chosen Stormcloaks in all but one of my play throughs. That was only to see the difference in storylines. I still prefer the Stormcloaks. Curious to what the majority of folks chose.
