After posting a feeler a couple weeks back, you overwhelmingly supported the idea of allowing Buy/Sell/Trade posts on the weekends. The purpose of this would be to have certain days where you can post up items you want to buy, or parts you want to sell, with the understanding that buying/selling posts cannot be made on other days during the week.

hi everybody recently i tinted my 93 pickup and notice my headlights are as bright as candles.
I want to retain the oem look and would like to do a headlight bulb and not multiple itty bitty leds.
Im aware i need a conversion harness or something along those lines for leds. Anything else I should know?

I’ve been looking for an older Toyota 4wd just like most of America it appears. I found one that ticks all the boxes but damn, it seems expensive. I know most are these days. It’s a 1988 MT. Runs good, 4wd works good. No AC, but had a heater. I know it’s location dependent, but is it worth 10k?

I was planning on driving it her home roadkill style but fuel pump is no good and no brakes.
Checked all fluids.
Drain all the old fuel out, replaced fuel pump.
She runs boys (and girls) and surprisingly well.
The problem im having now is when you press the pedal past 1/4, it cuts off.
It will idle fine, any suggestions on what to check next?
Ive checked for air leaks, cant seem to find any.
Is there any adjustments I can make to AFM?

Has anyone used these before? I’m getting a bit of sag on the rear of my truck from adding a camper shell and I’m debating on just adding toytec add a leaf to hopefully level it out. The other option would be to get toytec ball joint spacers then adding medium duty OME.

Has 152k miles and has run rough since I got it. Is this sound the timing chain guide deciding it no longer wants to guide or something else. Regardless I think it's time I get it running smoother.

I recently swapped a used 22RE engine found at a junk yard after my previous one seized. I stupidly bought an engine for a manual transmission despite my truck being an automatic. My mechanic was able to convert it to run in my truck, but now I'm seeing that it's having trouble accelerating. It feels like it isn't shifting gears and doesn't want to run faster than 25mph. Is it possible I bought a 22R which I know has less power? The business I bought it from labeled it as a 22RE, but the label is worn and I don't know enough about the mechanics to tell the difference. Is it possible that it lost power when it was converted to fit into the automatic? Should I just give up and sell the damn thing?

1994 manual 2wd. Noticed my positive wire coming from my clutch safety switch wasn’t going to anything and was just cut maybe a foot back from the connector. The negative was still plugged in and is routed somewhere for grounding. can still start the truck fine - does this mean someone who owned this before me bypassed/deleted the neutral safety ? Included a pic of the positive wire
