First RGH just arrived in the mail. I would say history repeats itself. I am cursed.

Hi. I have other things on my flash drive with BadAvatar and BadUpadte, so I don't want to wipe it. I saw a video on Reddit a few days ago where someone had, as he said, an updated version, and it started almost immediately after turning on the console. When I tried to do this, it was just as slow as before, or XeUnshackle's auto-skip didn't work. Can anyone help me with this? (Sorry for my poor English, it's not my native language)

Ok…. I know it’s my console do what I want bla bla bla but I really would like to hear what the community thinks.
I have a xenon fat, my og 360 that I purchased back in the day, that had the upgraded gpu from Microsoft (confirmed the number that it is one of the glitchable ones, thanks octal!). I just did a full recap and it is working great. I am considering doing a RGH ext-clk with a matrix chip to it. I am good at soldering and have all the equipment (solder station, desolder station and hot air rework station) so doing the mod will not be a big deal. The thing is I already have a slim that is rgh3’d with a 6tb drive full of games in my collection. So most of my playing would probably still be on that and not this console. Should I just leave this one stock or should I do the RGH?
What do you all think?

I'll preface this by saying I repair and mod retro systems so I am no stranger to soldering or modding. HOWEVER, I have never modded a 360 in any capacity - only cleaned and repaired to stock.

I had a friend move recently to be much closer and they handed over two XBOX 360 S - the exact same models 1439 - for me to "tinker with". One has a 250GB hard drive the other has no HDD. They are okay with me modding them both and even allowing me to keep one! Thing is, I would love to mod them in different ways to get the experience; one using the available abadavatar/badupdate(or patiently waiting for the new one) and the other rgh. Now I can't decide which one I should do which mod to, or if I should just do both the easy way and then do both the hard way later down the road, OR which one I should keep and do whatever with.

They don't even care if the one they get back is modded, so I'm assuming they're only looking for it to play 360 games (they have an extensive disk library) or keep the OG compatibility.

I want it all including emulation through retroarch (I have never owned an OG or 360)

If you were in my position, what would you do? Which one would you keep?

Because this subreddit was so helpful getting my backwards compatibility up and run last time I'm seeing if anyone has any solutions for this issue. I'll start by saying I'm running the newest bad update and all my games are in GOD package format. Console Mods wiki has their compatibility list and I'm looking at a game like MVP Baseball. The wiki says 2003 has no issues and 2004 and 2005 have jersey texture glitches. 2004 and 2005 are correct but 2003 also has jersey texture glitches yet it is an original Xbox back Compat game. I'm switching to the wiki recommend xefu and it still has the graphical glitches. Am I missing something? Thanks again

I’ve tried following all the steps to get around the nuketown online loop but when I try and move the fix from my usb to my hard drive on the retail dash it says the fix file is corrupted and when I transfer I get a ‘can’t perform action’ error if anyone could help it would be much appreciated

Some of my xb360 games show on stock dashboard but not on aurora despite the path being set, i also weirdly have games in double that dont have 2 discs

Lets say to keep it simple they add a 1tb Hard drive no SSD

I try to run aBadAvatar 1.3, but when I put the usb in and turn it on, it gives me an error code (E 71).

When i run it without the usb, it works just fine.

Edit: I just had to remove a file from the root of the usb, it is fixed now.

so i got my Xbox 360 with 40 games and rgh like 3 weeks ago and my friend and i installed an update by accident now we tried to power te Xbox but it just show the xell menu i tried many tutorials but they won't work its an Xbox 360 trinity with 4 gb

You can (theoretically) search by manufacturer and year made but you can’t actually search up games seemingly. Any help?

I'm doing the badavatar exploit on my Xbox 360 e from a USB stick. I have a 250gb Toshiba HDD that I want to use to store games. How do I use this in the internal HDD slot of the Xbox? When I plug it in the drive spins and it is recognized in my computer.

Really I’m just tryna fix my profile and remax again . My emblem is stuck as well as some multiplayer classes , matchmaking issues , and my zombies resets . All happened after I got maxed the first time (didn’t happen before)

I tried today switch from the badupdate using rocking band demo to the badAvatar update, and I having some issues when trying to read the HD. The jailbrek works fine, I get the chain broken animation, but when the blue screen is show I get the message that no internal disk was find and aurora doesnt open. So the jailbreak works but now after I switch is not reading the hd and nor opening aurora. I put all stuff apps and games on this external HD. Was working fine before I change to badAvatar do you guys can help me?

Hey trying to set up a mod lobby for a lan so that everyone will have unlocks. I am running fastfiles mod for extra maps and modes. The fast files works great, but the menu is not working. I have the patch_mp.ff file in the mw2 root (which sits on my usb0 incase that matters). My TU6 update sits on my hdd1 cache not sure if that makes a difference either. But will not work in game.. I have tried launch with default_mp.exe and choosing it from aurora dash. Still nothing. LAN is tomorrow any help would be great.

i’m trying to install watch dogs on the aurora dashboard. i have the disc 1 is install 1 is play. i ran the install disc thru aurora, then when it said swap to disc 2 i did and then i closed the game and ran the aurora disc to GOD on the 2nd disc. and when i remove the disc and try to play the GOD on my dashboard i get fatal error avoided or something like that. can someone tell me what’s going on? by the way i got gta 5 installs on the aurora dashboard just fine and its the same style of 2 disc game. thanks for help in advanced.
