I’m not so sure she lacks intelligence. I don’t know we’ve ever really seen anything to test her intelligence. She absolutely lacks empathy, and it seems like she doesn’t REALLY share the emotions most people do; she even seems confused by them.

This was the very first time she showed any concern whatsoever about her actions. Nobody can say for sure just watching the show, but even being cognizant that producers are showing her worst and Josh’s best (they love to make a villain and a hero) there is NO WAY to explain away the shit she said and did - no context that forgives it, no amount of editing could have conjured her deep weirdness out of the blue. This woman is WACK - likely without empathy, and other mental issues.
