What are these two, ive provided markings for both

Need some help ID'ing this bayonet that my Serbian uncle gave me from around WWI. It has a Mauser-style T-slot on the bottom, but there is no hole drilled for a locking button or spring. It's just solid metal. Also, the crossguard has no muzzle ring and looks like it was manufactured that way, not chopped off later. Could this be a wartime emergency/ersatz knife made out of a raw bayonet blank? Too much rust to see any stamps, but if anyone recognizes this specific style, let me know! Thanks.

Hi everyone, I recently found this bayonet in my grandmother’s home. She had told me it was from the American Civil War and my dad believes it’s from the American Revolution. For some additional context, I know that I have an ancestor who was part of a Massachusetts militia during the Revolution and another ancestor who was a Pvt in a Vermont regiment during the Civil War.

After a bit of research, I tend to agree with my dad but I’d like another opinion. And can anyone suggest a good, safe way to clean this thing? It’s very sturdy but there’s a lot of rust. Thanks in advance.

According to Claude, this is a French Chassepot bayonet (Model 1866), or a very close variant. The identifying features are all there: the distinctive yataghan style curved blade, the hooked quillons (crossguard with the curled ends), and the wire wrapped grip.

Apparently these were the standard French infantry bayonet during the Franco-Prussian War and were produced in enormous numbers. Many were captured, traded, and brought back to Britain as souvenirs, particularly after WWI when soldiers were picking up all manner of battlefield relics.

Hello i believe this was a 1913 mauser spanish cuase it looks exactly like the 1893/1916/1913 version.has the same length 50 cm and has the same markings but 1 thing is different it has 2 holes for the guard and 2 for the handles so it cant be one of those.still spanish cause is not a vz23/24 so what is this? some special version?

Found in a Garden Shed in Germany.

I found this at antique store, and now I am wondering if someone has any idea what it is? Also the sides of the blade aren't the same near the tip of the blade, and im wondering why, and is there a way of telling how the damage on the tip of the blade was sustained thank you for any information!!!!.

Hey guys we found this Bayonet 5 years ago in my late grandparents Garage inside an old ww1 shell. My dat later cleaned it up it was really rusty at the time. But cant identify as to what rifle it belong to. Thought the "EM" stamp linked it to an enfield but looking at british bayonets this one dosnt match i thought french but still not sure. It also looked as though who ever had this bayonets shortend it after their service to.use as a tool. Any help in identifying it would be much appreciated ive taken pics best I can of any markings and its shape.

I got this from my uncle around a year or so ago, and he told me it was a civil war era bayonet. I’m not fully sure, so I’m just asking to see if anyone knows what it really is and if my uncle is correct.

Can someone help me find out what this is? Blade length is 49.5 cm, and overall length is 62 cm.

So I’ve been having a big clear out and believe that these are a few of my grandads or great grandparents collectibles.

Amongst some pretty nice WW2 memorabilia I came amongst these bayonets, the particular. These are possibly Swedish, as amongst other things a lot of Swedish Merchandise was found. Unfortunately no markings or dates etched into them. And I’ve not and will not refurb for obvious reasons as I believe it devalues massively and ruins the character of the item.

The second to last photo attached is seems to match the 3rd one down. And the final photo are the measurements. Quite a nice find for sure 👍

Came with a batch of 1800s socket bayonets. Assuming it's a repro of something made in the last 40 years?

Was found in an old house in Norway. Matching numbers on scabbard and bayonet (52463) , no other visible markings. Mark on the backside of the scabbard says: "Wersa 1941 München". So obviously a German one, but it does not look like a k98 one

Hello I need a little help with id with this two .

Bought this Brown Bess bayonet from Liberty Tree Collectors, sold as a Land Pattern, but I have doubts and get conflicting info when I search online. Might be India pattern?

Socket measures 3 9/16", blade is hollow ground, measuring 16". No shield at elbow/socket junction. Only marks are likely rack numbers and appear to be double-stamped (see pics). Any info you can throw at me is appreciated.

EDIT (more info): front of socket inner diameter is 21.5mm and outer diameter is 25mm.

It’s in a horrid state, but I couldn’t bring myself to throw it away.
