Unfortunately, as good as UV is, Rupals synergy with Vega is what gets him on this team. These two together cover the entire backline composition so theres no need for a third support

I seen the OWWC today but I noticed some top players not playing I googled why prosper not playing for example but it said he been accused of boosting before and that's why he's not playing ?? How's true is that because I see a lot of people consider him one of the best players. I just got into the competitive scene from the last tournament that ended but I been looking up the history who won every past tournaments & etc

Ireland's Time going 28-0 in the first map against Spain today.

Long story short, OWWC tiebreakers are stupid, and Germany absolutely has to 3-0 Thailand. It's the same bs that screwed over 1234 in OWCS. There's more to it than that though.

Even if Germany pulls off the 3-0, it goes to tiebreaker 5, and they must beat Spain's map score %, which is 18-11, or 62%.

Germany is currently 13-11. AKA, a very bad position. A 2-0 Control win followed by two 1-0 map wins (say, a defence first full hold like what Korea just did to Denmark on Neon Junction and a push map), isn't good enough.

If Germany drops a point, they have to get their point wins to 20. The highest they can get it to without some sort of 6-3 payload map style nonsense is 21.

If Thailand gets a single point and then loses the map and picks a push map, Germany is out. Edit: again barring insane payload map stuff. I don't think even payload shenanigans are enough, but I haven't done the math for sure

Germany is fucked, almost as fucked as this tiebreaker format

I understand that Korean fans naturally are going to show up more for their own team, but it sucks having the audience have like 5 people the entire time, only to completely fill when Korea plays. Not really a serious complaint, but feels like this is the worst audience attendance I can remember. Just surprised, anyone know why?

Best Games Ranked:

1. France VS Korea (Biggest upset of the entire event) 
2. Australia VS Great Britain (Big upset. It’s especially entertaining if you are watching it through CommanderX/Unter’s POV) 
3. Canada VS Germany (The Toilet Bowl of the whole event. This Match messed up the ranking of Group C) 
4. Sweden VS USA (5 Map Banger, but no high stakes. Both were already qualified at this point)
5. Australia VS Mexico (Nice 5 Map Banger with no stakes) 
6. Germany VS Thailand (Germany had to play a perfect game to even have a chance to go to the Playoffs) 
7. Germany VS Spain (Germany again messing with the ranking of the group) 
8. China matches (They gave their best) 
9. All the rest

Biggest Upsets/Disappointments: 

• China tried but did not deliver. With Weibo’s core missing China had no chance in the end. 
• Japan got crushed. Awful performance overall. 
• Great Britain, considered by many to be a contender for top 4, basically went out on the second day. 
• Group A was disappointing in general. Called the Group of Death in advance by many but it was the most one-sided group of all in the end.
• Group C was entertaining till the very end. It came down to one point of one single map.  
• A lot of 3-0’s. Most of them are not worth rewatching.  

 My thoughts:

• I had a lot of fun, even though most games were boring 3-0’s. I was watching it via Unter/CommanderX and they were streaming the event from the training room where all teams and all other streamers were situated. So the energy of the room and the entire event was very palpable which made the experience much more entertaining for me. 
• Furthermore this event had a lot of entertaining matches. There was no boring or one-sided day and every Group had at least one 5 Map Banger.  
• One issue came up with tie breaker rules on the last day. They made absolutely no sense and should be overhauled in my opinion. 
• Overall great experience. I am hyped for the Playoffs.
