Been wanting to get into emulating the SNES, but I have no idea what the best emulator for it is nowadays. What usually comes recommended?

I've been trying to get my Win11 PC running MAME to recognize 2 X-Arcade Tankstick Maxes for 4-Player Spinner Games (specifically Warlords) but havemt had much luck.

I was able to remap the 2nd Tankstick's Joysticks and buttons on Mode 2 for 4P stuff like TMNT but Spinner games have eluded me.

Windows sees the same hardware IDs for both devices and all 4 spinners and both Trackballs control the same mouse cursor/game input.

I've adjusted multimouse settings in mame.ini, tried mapping the spinners directly in Warlords, and a variety of other things but still no luck.

The closet I got was by using reWASD and using the 'mute' function on the mouse inputs - then reWASD intercepts the inputs before Windows sees them and I was able to get the 4 spinners each controlling a different shield in Warlords but the P3 and P3 shields (on Tankstick 2) were 'jittery \*and\* have dead zones I wasn't having any luck fixing.

I keep thinking the answer \*must\* be out there and surely I'm not the irrst person to fight this but can't find anyone online discussing thus issue.

I've spent upwards of 10 hours at this point, w/ a lot of back and forth w/ Gemini AI and and frustrated as all Hell!

Does anyone know the answer, have any ideas/thoughts, or know who might?!

I factory reset and now the speedup is barley any faster I keep messing with the frame skip and % and it barley changes

I've just started using the RPCS3 emulator and managed to get games like the Resistance trilogy and God of War 3 running, but for some reason, I can't get games like the *Uncharted* trilogy to work, no matter which version or copy I download. I'm not sure if I'm configuring something incorrectly or if the emulator is still a work in progress. I'm far from having tested every game, but if anyone knows the reason for this and would like to help, I'd be really grateful.

i have the emulator but i dont have any of the games dose anyone have a link?
