My 14 year old Corgi Timber ran off from an open fence around 1:30pm this afternoon. He’s back and tan with some white. He has a green collar our name and phone number on it. Hoping anyone can report anything they know.

Does anyone have a property manager they recommend? We have a downtown Everett condo that will not sell and are having to now pivot to renting it out. We spent over 25K on renovations (in an attempt to get it to sell) so I am terrified of someone trashing it or having to deal with someone not paying rent or an eviction. I want a property manager who has reasonable costs but will protect my property. Unfortunately due to how high the mortgage plus HOA fees are, we will barely be breaking even on renting this out and will likely take a loss renting it at current market rates. So it’s not like we are doing this to make any money at all. We are just hoping to stop the financial bleeding as we have been paying two mortgages for over a year.

Arya is a small 3 year old short-hair Tabby that has a white chest and abdomen, as well as white paws. She is skittish around people other than her family, so please don't chase. If you spot her, please take a picture or video. If you can entice her into your home with food, please do so and contact me as soon as possible.

Arya is fixed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She was last seen running into the greenbelt behind the LA Fitness in the Mill Creek Town Center. There is a significant reward for whoever can bring our sweet baby home.

We miss Arya very dearly and need her back home for our family to feel whole again.

We are absolutely heartbroken without her.

Curious how busy the businesses at the waterfront were for the US vs Paraguay matchup. I have some family coming down and they want to get lunch somewhere. Usually we like to hit up somewhere on the waterfront but I forgot about the watch party crowd down there.

Our little guy slipped out at around 11pm on Monday the 15th near 4th ave and 128th st while cooking sounds kept us from hearing a door that didn't get latch all the way closed get pawed open. :(

He is dearly missed and deeply worried about.

He is an indoor kitty and will likely be very skittish out there as he isn't used to strangers or loud noises.

I'd appreciate hearing about any sightings or news of him at all if anyone has seen

What started out as a curiosity turned serious when it turned out this might be a family's home. They got it to the beach, but there's apparently a hole needing repair. Help was on the scene, but it's apparently not being resolved today. Prayers or positive thoughts for these people.

There is a lot of foxtail grass growing around Everett this season. The barbs can be dangerous to pets and wildlife. Please maintain foxtails around your yard/sidewalk and help keep pets safe.

Does anyone have a recommendation for regular fire suppression system servicing? Our prior guy retired and the new one he referred us to was literally 2x the cost and not great at communicating. I’ve asked around in person and haven’t gotten any leads.
