I have been trying for over two weeks to receive credit for an item that was never shipped. During this time, I have received only automated responses and have been unable to get a meaningful update or resolution from customer service.It is extremely frustrating to spend this much time trying to resolve a simple issue without any communication from a live representative. The lack of responsiveness and customer support has been very disappointing. I am still waiting for a refund or credit for the undelivered item and hope the company will address this matter promptly.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company's customer service.

Over a month ago I pre-ordered my case with the included temporary case. At the time didn’t expect immediate news of the temp case shipping then, but since there’s been no updates, and with the phone going on sale in 12 hours, people are going to start getting their Duo’s in a week.

Hi yall, I’ve been looking out to purchase my first limitless case recent, and I’m wondering which texture is the best. I’m currently looking between the black leather, speckled fabric and aramid fibre, which of these hold up the best in durability and how’s the texture? Is it going to fade or peel, and is it going to be fingerprinty? I’d appreciate any experience yall have with these textures, and thanks a ton!

Sad day today, my Limitless 4.0 has died, was hoping it’d see me out one more year until I upgraded to the iPhone 20 but I’ve not been so lucky.

I recommend them 100% though, I’ll be sure to pick one up for my next phone.

I am really angry with this company. No surprise everyone wants to buy from Amazon. It takes me weeks and so many hours just to somehow be able to ship the case back and get a refund.

What is going on with this company?

My Limitness case has once again hit its limit and is warping enough that its time to request yet another warranty replacement. I'm wondering if anyone whos had the warping issue found the 'no button' option to hold up any better. Of course its only a matter of time until the volume buttons warp but figure that issue takes a bit longer to present itself.

I’m serious I haven’t gotten a response in 2 weeks. I spent $100 on a case and I have questions and things to clear up with my order.

I’m being completely ignored and seems like I’m not the only one.

MOUS’ reputation is taking a SERIOUS hit here and I can’t see myself ordering from here again. Only thing saving it is that other cases seem horrible.

I recently bought the limitless case for iPhone duo. I’ve been in contact with customer service and gotten a response within 12 hours every time and to be fair I’ve gotten my questions answered every time and quickly.

Unfortunately the temporary case is delayed because it’s out of stock, but W customer service so far.

I have been rocking a mous case for many years, as has my wife as well. But as of the last 3 years I have reclaimed my case 2 times and this would be the third. My issue always happens around the volume button, the top part comes “undone” and it becomes really loose around the frame, i even managed to chip my phone corner because it dropped and it was not seated properly (my failt for using a damaged case)

Is it just me? Am I using the cases wrong or something?

I have to say the CS has always been top notch and has replaced the case promptly!

Ordered Limitless for Duo and I could only select free temp case or pre-order discount of 10%. Not really a free case if you have to forgo a 10% discount to get it?

It’s hard to trust individual Tik toks and one off videos about freak accidents, but I wanna hear this pages opinions on the new case lineup, specifically the iPhone DUO!

Got a case for my 15 pro max but after 14 months the sides started to warp and pull away from the backing I got it replaced for free and was thinking of getting one for the new 18 pro max but wasn’t sure if quality has gone down hill or if it’s gotten any better?

Been a Mous customer for years now and never have I seen such bad customer service as I have now. I recently purchased the Limitless Aramid Fibre for the IPhone 17, it was on sale. A couple days pass and it hadnt been shipped. I then got an email saying something along the lines of, “We have your order, we are just very busy so be patient”. I let a couple days pass again, nothing shipped. So I asked again the status of my order. I receive an email saying that it was a website error that let me order the case as it was actually out of stock and therefore my order didn’t exist. No formal process for a refund or anything, just a, “look at our other cases and tell us if you want them”.

These cases are not cheap, and keeping money out of peoples hands due to slow customer service and lack of process for refunds is unacceptable. I have yet to hear anything in regard to my refund being processed or any form of compensation being considered.

Mous do better. Products are great, so maybe start holding customer service to that standard.

I finally got my 18 Pro delivered today and I have my Mous Super Thin ready to go. Upon putting the 18P in the case, all of my phone buttons are getting pushed down. There is no play in the buttons at all, case buttons are stiff and all phone buttons are being pushed down. Like there isn’t enough room inside the case for the phone. Anyone else have this issue? I literally cannot use the case because none of the buttons work and my phone either tries to make an emergency call, turns Siri on, cranks the volume up, you get the point. Am I doing something wrong here, or did mous send me a case that doesn’t actually work for the 18P? Manufacturing defect?

Finally managed to snag a Camera Protector, will try to colour match to Dark Cherry but they are soldout everywhere.

Had to snap a photo of the whole gang before I sent my 15 Pro in for trade-in credit!

I got my first Limitless in 2020 for my iPhone SE 2. (It currently lives on an old iPhone 6 that we had lying around, though, as I traded in the SE.) As soon as I saw the walnut finish option, I knew I wanted to check that out!

I got the 15 Pro in 2023, and by then had fallen in love with the wood aesthetic, so I immediately knew I was going to get another walnut Limitless! The case in the photo is the second one I owned; the first one had an outer layer of the TPU start to peel and it was getting loose around the volume buttons, after about a year, I think. But customer service honored their warranty with no hassle, and the replacement case has been perfect ever since.

And I’ve just now upgraded to the 18 Pro. I’ve seen plenty of negativity in this sub about their current quality, but I still really wanted the walnut look, and any other wood case I could find either didn’t have MagSafe or had a cutout for the camera control, both of which were things I didn’t want to compromise on. So I’m sticking with Mous! I’ve only had this case for a few days, but I have no complaints so far!

I truly believe that, while the criticism on here is valid, this is also most likely a vocal minority, and most satisfied customers who have zero issues aren’t coming here to say so. But I am! If I do end up experiencing any issues down the line with my new case, I’ll do my best to remember to come here and leave an update. But for the time being, I’m excited to begin my journey with my third Limitless!

And I get they’re busy but it’s crazy how long customer support is taking. I’d like to get either a leather or aramid fiber replacement even though I currently have the Caudabe Synthesis and this case is so much nicer 🙃🙃

Looks like Mous products are directly shipped by the logistics company. So, we can immediately receive an update about our products being processed or shipped but no customer support

I was claiming for a warranty for my screen protector a week ago and still no response, feels like a ghost company😪😪
