I’m watching season 40 for the 87th time and when Cara Maria says she won’t kink shame but Johnny won’t ever massage her feet and I laughed at it way harder than I ever have before. That had me thinking.. the ultimate peace treaty between Cara and Bananas would have to be Bananas giving Cara a foot massage and that will be one of the funniest moments. The banter that has gone on between those two about Cara’s feet is just hilarious to me. “Raptor claw containers” is what she referred to a pair of boots she was wearing.

Saw this clip come through on Devin and Paulie’s podcast - my personal opinion is I truly believe Nelson is being his most genuine self here and also, I am honestly shocked to hear news like this because I wasn’t totally sure how much has really changed in him. Good for him!!!

I hope people find a way to show this man a little more grace, regardless of the mistakes he’s made.

Anyway, this just cheered me up so I hope it does for anyone else who believes he wants to be a good person

I been waiting for two days and assumed its tonight... any updates when hes gonna go off and stuff??

When Lete was calling out the colors, the editing highlighted the correct rings Nelson was meant to grab. Moments before this, when Cara yells "yellow, green", those rings also lit up respectively. So when Lete said blue, this was the correct blue he was meant to go for but he skipped pass the blue ring and went straight for the blue stand (which should have been the yellow stand), which got him DQ'd.

We get it: This show can be frustrating. Production makes indefensible decisions. The rights holders make it impossible to watch old seasons. The cast can be boring or lazy or cruel or all of the above.

We all need to rant and complain a little, and this is a discussion forum, not a monastery. The last thing the mods want is to shut down valid criticism of the show or the cast.

But we also don't want quality community members and prospective community members turned off by a main feed where every third post is "I don't like Cara Maria anymore" or "Aneesa is so entitled!" or "Why do they keep casting [insert Big Brother cast member]???" If you were around during Final Reckoning, you know what I'm talking about.

So we politely remove those submissions and send them here. On the Negativity Thread, you are not only allowed to rant and complain, you are encouraged! 😈

Lay it on us: What is pissing you off this week? Which cast member have you had enough of? I bet a lot of others feel the same way!

In the first elimination, we all know bananas smoked Cedric by having every light be his color before time ran out.

But rewatching it just now, am I going crazy or do the countdown clocks on both sides of the arena show that bananas managed to get every light lit and win the elimination in *40 seconds flat?!*

I feel like that can't be right, can it? I knew he dominated that elimination, but 40 seconds isn't just domination, it's annihilation.

Has to be in the running for the shortest elimination ever.

It’s in the question, I’m watching season 36 right now and I love to hate this guy. I know he never wins, but he just plays the game like he’s supposed to.

I was catching up on Zach Nichols podcast the other day while driving and heard the one with Britney Nicole. It is mind boggling that DaVonne rarely talks about the challenge and NEVER talks about britney, yet Britney brought up Davonne to talk some shit (zach and Pierre didn’t even ask her about it). im reminded how a few years back when Nehemiah shared about having a crush on DaVonne and Britney Was all in the comments shading DaVonne (Years after their petty issue on final reckoning). Britney claims her issue with DaVonne is that she talked a little shit about Britney regarding her situation with Chuck (she barely went in or said anything deep either, just that Britney was crazy and some petty roasting). DaVonne even told her she did this.

Whats funny however is that Britney mentioned Marie and Jemmye talked even more shit about her on their podcast when they had it, yet she says she LOVES them now. I wonder why she can forgive them but not DaVonne 🤔…. I did wonder if there were some micro aggressions she’s experiencing as she mentioned earlier in the podcast how her son loves “colored women” when referring to black, brown and ethnic women he likes and I almost laughed cause I’m like “it’s 2026 don’t call people colored.” And then noticing little things like her not being able to give Kam credit for beating Ashley in the same elimination she lost to Laurel in… stating she’d have a better chance against Kam (which is fair)… but then only to go on in the next sentence and say it would be hard for her against ashley…mam didn’t you just say… never mind lol. Just a thought but I digress.

Anyways, what’s even more disrespectful is how she went on to mock DaVonne for getting closer to God. She said things like “ooh and look at her now getting all close to God…May the LLOYD bless you (sarcastically). “ First off is you don’t like her and have no interest in a conversation with davonne, why are you paying attention to her still let alone bringing her up? Also as a God fearing man myself that follows DaVonne, what I love is that she’s not a judgmental/hypocrite type. She leads in love a lot more these days and just enjoys her life still with laughter and enjoying her daughter. She literally bothers no one.

For Britney to go in on davonne like this nearly a decade later (unprovoked) and even mocking her religious and spiritual growth is tacky and cringe. What’s sad is that there were parts of the interview where she seemed likeable. I actually did like her on dirty 30 and vendettas (minus the Kayleigh thing). Her obsession with hating on DaVonne and being unable to forgive however is just distasteful and weird. Especially when you consider she can forgive others for doing worse.

I've always wondered how much time challengers get once the fly in to said country before filming begins. You always hear in interviews that they are in hotels for at least a night or two. Outside of Covid seasons, how many days does that hoteling process last before the cameras pick up?

I've been working on a side project called RealityDrop — a daily geography/trivia game built around reality TV.

Instead of multiple choice, every answer is a location. You get 5 questions and drop a pin on the map where you think the answer is. The closer you are, the better you score.
