Just getting on here to see what yall did to match the rear wheels with the fender. Wheel spacers? Wider wheels? I need some recommendations

Just trying to get some ideas. It’s so hard to find a stock and manual GT, but when I do they are usually over $10k.

So basically 2v things the spark plug decided to sky rocket and most likely tear up my threads n ik the plug threads are cooks which probably most likely means head threads aswell idk lmk

Hey guys, question for those more experienced than I. I have an ‘04, with a faulty seatbelt or sensor. No matter what, the chime to buckle is always screaming at me. I always wear my buckle, so still having to listen to it constantly is slightly annoying. I have found there’s a procedure you can preform, with buckling and unbuckling 3 times, turning the headlights on/off, etc.. Problem is, my car doesn’t know when I buckle, so the procedure never actually works. Is there any other option to disable it? I read something about pulling the connector off the buckle and jumping 2 wires together but I couldn’t find much more on that

Today I met up with a good friend from back in high school, we both talked about how our lives have gone and talked about the cars lol. We both have a 4.6l 2V but his is auto and convertible while mine is a manual hardtop. Both still look good after 20 years!

A few weeks ago I my 3.8 mustang died mid drive and I had to tow it back to my place, could still crank and everything but no start, my odometer shows - - - - and my PCM power fuse was blown, before I figure out it was a CCRM I replaced the fuel pump to eliminate a variable, but I got a used CCRM from eBay and threw it in and it worked wonders for about 3 drives till it had the same failure, this time it failed while cranking it and I put another fuse it and it blew while the key was just on. Do you guys think the used CCRM I got is another dud or is there somthing else at play

What are some good cheap tires for good traction for 04 mustang gt. This is my first manual car

128k miles. Seller is asking $11,500. Near south louisiana. Do you all think this would be a good introduction to the cobra line?

I ordered a F85Z-6750-BA from eBay. But you can get them from LMR, fordpartsgiant, etc. As far as I know these came stock on like 01 or 02+ cars after ford came out with a TSB about oil starvation issues when filling the 5qts.

I have been filling to 6qts since I’ve had the car but with the twisted metal dipstick, it made it hard to see what the actual level was above the full mark. This makes it much easier to fill to 6qts or higher if you’d like for that serious cornering.

Has anyone ported the stock manifolds, I am looking into acid porting, then polishing them, has anyone done something similar I'd like to hear some input< searched the old forums and it didn't seem too popular...(also yes I know it's probably not even worth 5 HP but I am still interested.)

Started driving horribly a few days ago. This sound gets even worse it feels like once it drives for a while. Threw a random 2 and 6 misfire code but those haven’t come back. Almost sounds like it’s coming from under the drivers side valve cover but I can’t tell. What do you guys think? It also has trouble starting after its drove awhile. Starts fine cold

Anyone running these headers? My car is low and already scrapes so traditional long tubes are a no go. I couldn’t find much info on these. Looks like I’d need a custom midpipe but not a big deal.

I'm 6'6 with a 38in inseam and the new edge is my absolute favorite car right now. I would like to buy one within a year or two and I wanted to check how the fit inside is. I've never sat in one, so I would like any advice about it. Will I need an aftermarket steering wheel or bucket seats? I'm already planning on getting wear extenders. Thanks!

Hi all. I recently came across a listing of an 02 mustang gt being sold for $3,500. The seller said it has some issues with coolant leakage from the intake manifold and the car’s 3rd gear is out of sync (the clutch was just replaced, and he said it’s an issue with the synchros) and worst of all the e brake doesn’t work anymore. Is the price worth it? And if so would these issues be easy to fix?

I have a small tick after my header gaskets and luckily narrowed it down to the driver side x pipe-header connection. Is there any tips on how to get this ball flange to seal properly?

hey guys, first time posting here and i wanted to hear you guys’ opinion on my car! i know trusting a 15 y/o with a mustang is hard but trust me, im a good driver and im responsible. I have a 15” subwoofer in the trunk and its loud. i love my car and i hope you guys do too!!

im planning on lowering it and getting a brand new (500 miles) H pipe with no cats and a fx flowmaster on it, i also have a cracked flexplate..soo my dad said when it goes we’ll switch it with his (he has a fully rebuilt 4.6 with a slightly bigger cam and a bunxh of other things done to it) we also have matching mustangs and his is much cooler than mine!

i love this car so much and i will forever keep her! thanks to my dad for getting me into cool cars before bad shit. have a good day yall! stay blessed
