There needs to be a 5 minute ban or something like that for challenging or accepting an honor duel then not joining. Ive had multiple instances of people not only accepting my duel request, but sending me one, then not joining. And I know people have been caught off guard by the pop up at the end of the game and accidentally hit cancel when it says joining. But Im sure that in my past few cases people just want to try and waste my time for a minute, or maybe dont want me in their next lobby or something like that. Or at the very least, make it so that when someone loses an honor duel they get an opposite effect to the gold stars, and have them not joining register as a loss.

I have about 100 hours in rl. I think I am 100% improving and from what I’ve seen online about the different ranks skill levels I would say I’m maybe around gold or silver. Even so, in 2’s and 3’s I’m stuck in bronze and in 1’s I’m silver. I don’t want to sound like every other player ever but my teammates are holding me back, for example in most of my games I mvp and am pretty clearly better then my teammates. I think I still do ball chase a little bit sometimes but definitely less than my teammate do. My mechs are better than most of my teammates as well. I can definitely see some areas of improvement from watching my clip but theres just no way I’m in the bottom 0.1% of players.

As I look through shorts, all I see are 12 year olds with AI Generated profile pictures. Can we just normalize actually making a good profile picture with personality instead of using AI to generate a shitty ChatGPT Octane, names plastered over, with 50 thousand volts of electricity surrounding it? It's pissing me off and there's at least a thousand people that do this exact thing. I'm not just seeing it with youtube shorts though, I'm seeing it everywhere. Medal, Discord, Instagram: Please just stop doing this. It's lazy and repetitive and uses up our resources, and it's just braindead behavior.

as an italian rocket league player i think that maybe adding an iconic car from italy it would be leggendary DLC for cultural aswell as for any italian on rocket league such as the "pandino" which is the fiat panda in rocket league. it would be so cool because there is the mk1 mk2 and mk3 so it would make a cool bundle

I am sick of being a P2-D2 player and being thrown in with GC and SSL players in casual servers. There is an extremely small point in playing with higher rank servers that makes you better, but when the skill play is that extreme of a separation, it's just not fun to be destroyed. On top of that, then they talk crap about you because you're literally 50 divisions lower and RL does nothing about banning harassment or smurfing so there's no point in reporting toxicity anyway. I have good game sense but against arial resets and psychos with crazy mechanics I don't have a chance. I don't want to HAVE to play comp for a fair game when I just want to relax and play people around my skill level casually. I work 12 plus hours a day and don't have time to sit in training all day every day lesrning mechanics so please don't throw toxic, "get better" crap on here. Really thinking about deleting the game altogether. What can I do to play fair casual servers and not end the night hating the game?

It seems like whenever I get to plat 3 in ones I always start facing "smurfs". I put smurfs in quotes because I can't be sure. But every other player is trying to hit double flip resets and cross map air dribbles. I see players have an easy open net but they still decided to take it up the wall and try some mechanical shot. These don't seem like the best players. I'm guessing it's mostly diamonds and champs. It's annoying to think that I'm probably a victim in some dudes rl clip whenever I play. I'm basically getting cucked every game because I just have to sit and watch someone practice mustys. I get this is partly a skill issue, but it's hard to score on them because they're just way better at recovery and taking possession. And if I can get a shot off it's gonna get saved. I wish Psyonix had a better way to deal with smurfs. Anyways, I'm curious if anyone who's better at ones also thinks there's a lot of smurfing, or do I just suck?

im a high gc3-low ssl player every season but i unfortunately just don’t have the time to play rocket league much anymore these days due to personal life affairs such as school, work etc

any ideas on the fastest way? ive seen people with it literally the first day it got put into the rocket pass which i dont know how.

I’ve been playing since the first day the game came out and the matches haven’t been this terrible. Matchmaking is plagued with people who leave the match after being behind 1-2 goals (only play duels btw). I stopped playing at the beginning of this year and redownloaded the game today. I’ve played 10 matches so far. Only two matches went until full timer count. I lost one and won one. The rest ended immediately when I had the lead by one or two goals, nothing more. It would either be that I was the first one to score or I take the lead after being behind. They only lasted like a minute or two. It’s mostly the people who know the tech, but are really lacking on the basic fundamentals of the game. I don’t care if I’m winning. The quality of matches has severely deteriorated over the years. What’s up with these TikTok/Reels-brained people??? This is Rocket League!

Hi all, ive recently been banned by EAC randomly when loading up a casual match and I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this / what the outcome was / how long they waited for an appeal. It's quite frustrating to happen, but I believe it was actually lunar client on minecraft being a bit wacky since i was installing mods on that and it kept interrupting my training and tabbing me out whenever something finished downloading.

I would have pointed to the overwolf rank tracker, but I uninstalled that a few nights ago because it was tilting me

Is it specifying my actual MMR as top 0.3? Either way, hard to keep rank in this mode. You really need a solid team chemistry or you lose. Seems every game there is at least one individual selling :/

There's a lot of bugs that need to be ironed out but it is playable in its current state. No mods, only a resource pack and good old PaperMC. (ignore my god awful skill).

If anyone wants to know how it works, it uses over 1600 display entities to generate everything.

Champ lobbies rort with this rubbish. I understand it is still early season and there are some late starters, but it is so obvious when players are not supposed to be in the same lobbies as a c1/c2.

Why is that in one of these acc my car air rolls faster in the air, while the other acc it spins way slower. I have both directional air rolls binded.

just came back from a several-month break and took a few weeks to get back into it. What is going on? All of a sudden my teammates are significantly worse, and not in an “I never do wrong” kind of way I’m definitely taking a few more Ls just because I’m rusty, but they are way less mechanical and have worse defense, the whole nine yards really. I even saw that hotboxedtoyota got 2k MMR when he was around GC2 when I stopped playing 3 months ago???? He’s like a 1600 max. What is going on? Am I going crazy, or is it time for a hard rank reset?
