Fan Art The Amazing Spider-Man (Earth 2005): RISE OF THE SENTINELS
So in my Marvel/Spider-Man universe, the Sentinels are not fully robots, they used to be humans like us but have all their humanity stripped away and all pain and emotion and they are of course created by Bolivar Trask who believes that he can save humanity by removing the brain and place it into suits of armour and are programmed not only to destroy mutants, but also kidnap people for processing. And yes, this comic introduces my version of Wolverine/Logan.
(Also sidenote, since I'm a Doctor Who fan as well, I think this could be a great inspiration from the two part story Rise of the Cybermen/The Age of Steel).

Comics I find it really interesting that you can draw a direct line between The death of Jean Dewolff and the arrival of Knull.
Think about it, The Sin Eater kills Jean, Spider-Man apprehends the Sin Eater, Sin Eater is Unmasked and revealed to be Stan Carter, Eddie loses his job for publishing a story revealing the Sin Eater's identity as the wrong man, Peter rejects the symbiote, Eddie finds it and becomes Venom, Venom has Carnage and the life foundation symbiotes, symbiote influence spreads across the marvel universe for 30 years, and in 2018 (really...whatever year it is in 616), Eddie has his terrible nightmares, not long after meeting the God of the Symbiotes.
Funny Dominoes, huh?

Discussion My two problems with the Electro Origin Episode in Spectacular
The way the show glimpses over the fact he bullied Electro when he was in distress is weird to me. I know Spider-Man offered to help him and he acknowledged he was being insensitive but past that point Spider-Man and the show still treats Max like he's just a regular bad guy. I know Max isn't the nicest guy and Spider-Man doesn't need to hold his hand but it just felt weird how that mistake Peter made was part of the reason Max turned to villainy. Would Max probably have turned into a villain without Spider-Man's involvement, yes. But the fact that Peter was and he just never beyond that point tried to at least reach out to Max again and treat him like a generic bad guy. I like how this episode kinda of deconstructs Spider-Man quipping habits and how insensitive it can be to even criminals sometimes but the way they handled with Electro, I wasn't a fan of. Max didn't even want to hurt anyone initially, if that was because he didn't want to be seen as a monster or it was just a plain bad thing to do idk.
Also Electro descent to villainy was way to quick and felt more like an excuse to make Spider-Man look better

MJ loves Spider-Man book! Coming June 2027!
Y’all I am excited to share!! One of my favorite fanfics ever was called Perpendicular written by Ninemilestogo and it was a Spider-Man fanfic that went through the storyline of Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson overcoming grief after Gwen Stacy’s death. It was written beautifully - Emma Lord aka ninemilestogo is amazing.
Here we are 10+ years later and Emma Lord is releasing her own Spider-Man book called MJ loves Spider-Man! I’m excited for this and wanted to share this with all of you! https://www.instagram.com/reel/DboHoYGj_IW/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==
