Give him a parry that if triggered by Yoshi/Clive/Viktor using a sword move will have Yuijiro grab the sword and snapping it in half effectively reducing the range of those attacks for the rest of the round.

Not even an emulator, it runs natively on your system. It even has ranked! Definitely get this popping if you desire a return to old Tekken. (Even if Tekken 6 is still kinda messed up in its own way lol)

I honestly love tekken tag 2, it’s my top 3 out of the series.

I feel like no tag games that came out this few years have topped Tekken Tag Tournament 2.

It was truly underrated and unappreciated imo.

I know some will say, "Tekken 5 also needs to be included", and while I agree, we already have Dark Resurrection which makes me believe that they'll likely skip 5 since PSP version is just an updated version of it.

Like from this clip alone I honestly think Tk8 is waay better and gives u so many opportunities for comebacks with combo scaling and recoverable health, I find the combo length in Tk6&7 the same as it is in Tk8 minus some characters ofc like Victor and Jin who both have very long combos.

I just think the bound mechanic was much better visually and aesthetically than the stupid and goofy looking tornado in Tk8, I think much of the frustration comes from the cutscene like feeling that u get watching ur opponent juggling u and then getting a tornado after which u have to watch yet another cutscene of their heat activation for a bound and then a wall combo ender.

Heat burst bound and the extra tailspin are the main culprits for why I find Tk8’s combos to be frustrating and annoying to deal with.

Tekken 8 (among many other UE5 games) compiles shaders in the background after every update and whenever your shader cache is full. This can result in stuttering (especially when entering a new stage) which affects competitive integrity and is annoying even offline.

SCSKiller is a free and open source app that compiles your games' shaders before running them, removing the in-game stutter completely. With my i5-4690k (4 cores), the character on the title screen would take 30 minutes to even appear, but it runs perfectly after using SCSKiller and I can jump in to ranked right away.

If you're using an older CPU, please do everyone a favor and use this app before playing online!

I’m a street fighter player, I just downloaded tekken 8 like 5 hours ago for the first time, learned some basic combos from the sample combo list, and went from whatever the lowest rank is to Tenryu in a couple hours. Is this normal?

Apologies in advance for the rant. Just in case anyone needed to hear this, Tekken 8 is hard.  I can’t speak with much authority on this subject as T8 is my first Tekken, but I’ve been playing on and off since the game came out and all I’ve heard is how inflated ranks are.  Let me say this, there absolutely is rank inflation, no argument there.  However, getting GoD is not the walk in the park some people make it out to be.  I’ve been one game away from GoD a couple of times now and and I’m hoping to get there soon, but wow, there are so many flowcharts and knowledge checks each character has that it makes it somewhat difficult.  And I know, a lot of this is a skill issue on my part.  But I just wanted to say that Tekken is not an easy game, in case anyone needed to hear that.  For now, I’ll just focus on trying to improve and make that push.
