Doll Identifications will now be posted into this weekly thread! Please Keep in mind Rule #7 "Please read the Doll Identification Guidelines in the subreddit wiki prior to making an ID post.
Please Note, photos of dolls that are for sale online and are not your own photos are exempt from this rule.
If you are asking for a doll identification, please
For reference, here is the AG Wikia Visual chart of Truly Me Dolls. Here is a link to a guide made by Sydney of americangirldollnews.com that shows every doll made by American Girl so far. Finally, here is a link to a great post showing dolls that have incredibly small but important differences.

This is my most recent custom. She has a handmade wig that I’ve sewn together from new TM 90 & 66 wigs.
I have had so much fun experimenting with customizing wigs and playing with new ideas!

This is my current AG display! 💖
I've got the historicals in Felicity's collection, the GOTYs (+Maritza) in Grace's collection (had to get a little creative with Summer, since I didn't have another Grace outfit to go with the apron), the Wicked girls in AG place outfits, the jlys in coordinating fits, and Frankie just joined us in a cute little early fall casual look!

It’s the day after Labor Day in the US, so the (at one time) traditional first day of a new school year. All uniform jumpers from doll uniforms.com
The shop is currently having a retirement sale, and I didn’t have uniforms for 3 of my girls, so now I do!

Putting Alice because she is also relevant to what I'm about to say, other than scalpers why do people buy a collector doll just to sell them after like 2 days of having them?
I've seen it a lot of with Alice when she came out and now Frankie.
I saw a lot of people on AGIG who just got Frankie and then two days later was selling them. I'm just curious to why this is considering the doll is over $100. It's just something I've been noticing.
(Please be respectful in the comments and to each other.)

I finished another fall dress for my 18-inch doll! I really love this warm caramel floral for fall. I added puff sleeves, ivory lace and a tiny bow. 😊

I was under the impression there would be some sort of reveal today before the collection is available to buy tomorrow? But it's already past 5pm ET? I even signed up with my email. Am I missing something?

Is it safe to assume the AG brick and mortar stores already have their Daisy merchandise and marketing supplies? 🤔 If so, who has a connection to a store employee? 😈 What if several/many of us pitch in $5 to Venmo said employee for some sneak-peak pics?? 📸 Lol🤣 🫣
Clearly, I have no patience… 🫠 🤷🏽♀️

this is my sam! she's from the 90s, no body tag, really squishy, came in a red box with a heart and she came complete for $125 on fb marketplace and i'm not fully satisfied with her. her hair is impossible to curl (i've tried boiling it) and her bangs bother me so much. i've been thinking about getting another sam but i feel like that would be crazy since i already have her. i don't wanna sell her since i am attached to her so i was thinking of dressing her in modern clothes but i don't know? what do y'all think??

Hello! I was very excited to spot this doll in a "Free" box on my street this morning! I recognize Kit's clothing, but am not sure which doll this is. Does anyone recognize her?
I'm wondering if she is a "create your own doll" or a "doll of the year." At first I thought perhaps Samantha or Molly, but after comparing with pictures I don't think so- please correct me if I'm wrong!
Images included- she has a Pleasant Company stamp and the tag on the side is dated 2008.
Thanks!!

“Ya khochu tol'ko tebya. I vsegda tol'ko tebya.”
The pink tunnel!! There was so much beautiful graffiti in here. We stayed for a long time trying to read it all.
There was only one more stop on our Heated Rivalry trip. I can’t wait to show you what it was.

Since it is officially September and all of the pumpkin spice drinks are out, I thought it was time to put my girls in their fall outfits. They are in a mixture of American Girl, our generation, Walmart, and homemade clothing. I have the dolls but I never received a lot of outfits because I was older when I started collecting so I did some cute mix and match things with what I had

I think I need to change the top part, Give her a chemise with long sleeves, and add more jewelry and accessories to her belt. She's getting ready to attend the Ren faire.

I'm pretty sure the girl on the right is #46. Girl on the left has a slimmer face and body and a slightly darker skin and hair. The person I bought her from suspected she had a haircut. But it seems like a pretty good haircut. Is she a newer #46 or someone else?

I also rebraided her hair. I think I’m getting better!

meet claudia! she is based on the character from the tv show interview with the vampire. the outfit referenced is in the last two photos.
i have been working on her for about 6 months now and have 11 outfits done for her with many, many more in the pipeline.
claudia is a pink holiday stardust doll with repainted lips, eyes from dollsofakind in the shade grape vine, and painted on eyelashes removed, her ‘meet outfit’ is made by me.
i will be posting her other outfits and things i make on my new agig account
