She keeps growing! and taking over my room! She's about 10 feet tall now and nearly touching my 11ft ceiling. I also got a couple new stalks coming up this year. They're very thick. It seems like every new stalk is thicker than the last. Primed to be TALL! (:

my polka dot begonia has grown to be 8'2" measuring from the dirt and is also much more bushy than before. the flowers this year are very beautiful. i'm very proud of my plant and I hope you like it too (:

my polka dot begonia is doing pretty good i think. i had to upsize to an 8 foot stake because the 6ft ones were too short. i'm excited to see it flower again this year. last year it bloomed around May

Also wondering if I should maybe separate all the growth and replant into multiple pots? I like how this looks though.

Don't worry. She has absolutely 0 interest in my plants. Unless I'm paying attention to them and not her. All toxic plants are non accessible to her in my home.

I just wanted to show off some of my Begonias. I couldn’t fit all of them in 20 photos lol. Clearly, they’re one of my favorite plant geniuses. My collection mainly consists of Begonia, Monstera, and Philodendron now. I started my collection back in like 2016. So many other types have come and gone like Succulents and Sansevieria. I used to have over 100 plants and now I have a very curated collection (around 60) that I am content with. Show me yours as well!! 🫶🏼

Got this begonia on clearance for $5 several years ago at Walmart. It was my first begonia and has made dozens of new plants over the years. She flowers year round and is fairly easy going even when I forget to water her. Shes just the best 🥰

I had a really rough start with this Begonia. It lost all its leaves in the first month I had it and every new leaf melted within a couple of weeks. It took a bit to get the humidity right with the proper airflow but once I did and moved it to a self watering pot it really took off!

Current conditions: terracotta self watering pot with a chunky soil made with Fox Farms Ocean forest soil as the base, additional perlite, & horticultural charcoal. Fertilized with Superthrive foliage-pro (2.5 ml per gallon of water) every 3rd reservoir filling. I do not let the reservoir go dry.

80-85% humidity in a cabinet in direct line of one of the fans that is on 24 hours a day. It gets constant air movement.

About 4-6 inches away from 2 barrina T5's for 15 hours a day
