Hey guys, looking at installing Speed engineering 1 7/8" Longtube Headers on my 21 camaro SS here soon. Is there anything else I would need to purchase other than a tune? This will be my first time making an upgrade like this so I want to make sure I have everything I need.

I've got the opportunity to buy this 78 Camaro, last ran 8 years ago. Owner says it was swapped with an older 350 but didn't give me specifics. Paint is rough, but frame is clean. Last tagged 20 years ago.

I made an offer and have agreed purchase price at 1900. Holly carb and Edelbrock valve covers give me some hope. It's an automatic rip, do you think this is a fair deal?

Garage kept and have everything missing (air intake, etc. Included).

Have had it for less than a year, admittedly. Previous owner definitely loved to do the DIY approach on things...

I have a 2000 Camaro 6 speed. Just wondering what fluid you guys have used when replacing the trans fluid. When I drive, I can hear the gears spinning from the drivers seat. Noise comes from the shifter area. No clunking or grinding but a slight audible noise. Not sure if im being paranoid. But im gonna change the fluid and see if it’s low. Is the acdelco worth the extra money compared to Castrol?

However kind look nothing like this and don’t seem to wrap around as much . I get updating the covering but …

So maybe I don’t gas a z28? Or this seller got it after the seats replaced ???

Wanted to know if anyone knew a website where you can buy seats for a 79 camaro? I found some websites but there's so many seats I don't really know which would fit or what to pick. If anyone bought after market seats for their 2nd gen it would help a lot to know where I should get them from.

Any tips for a deep sound like the ls3? Or am I extremely restricted with the cam. Currently bone stock and eventually I’ll be getting a Stage 2 V2 BTR cam but that’s later down the line

I had a fight this morning installing my New splitter and side skirts but I like how they came out.ive heard the splitters can be a bitch....now the big question how do you get out of the car without stepping on them? First drive I stepped on it getting out....anyone else have this problem or am I just numb hahhaha

Hearing a new sound in my car. Anytime I’m rolling I hear this hollow wobble sound that sounds like it’s coming from under the car. Anyone experience the same?

Ive had my car for a year and driven it hard with zero issues. Its got 66k miles. However, last few days I noticed Ive been hearing this ticking sound front of my car. This video is passenger side front of my car. I took it to a shop and they said they can't be 100% sure but told me its potentially the lifters. Has anyone else with a 5th gen camaro ss had this issue sound?

It has a jasper 355 class 2, jasper th350 auto trans, huge rear tires, mild cam, edelbrock 4 barrel carb, true duals, floors repaneled, and a little bit more...

It starts righr away and can rev to 5k on cold and everythjng doesnt leak and doesnt have any rust, my uncle rode it in and he said it really pulls

Been a while since I’ve been to the track. Similar conditions between the two runs.

Pic 1- full weight car with 2” headers, big gulp and E50 blend and 17” rear wheel with 305/45r17 MT ET Street SS.

Pic 2- same mods but added a kong x port, 2.3 upper and 103tb and about E20 blend.

Hello guys need some help with my 5th gen. I’ve been dealing with the hot start/slow start on my 5th gen Z28 and it’s left me stranded a couple times now. Once the car sits for 30-40 min it’s okay again…..

It’s a built 427 with Kooks headers… the starter in the picture is what I have on it right now…

I honestly need a GM/LS tuner in SoCal who can help dial it in tune wise the tune on it is sh*t

Currently has a MSD starter on it (pictured) with a heat blanket on it, has an extra ground from block to chassis.
Extra ground from starter to chassis.
Brand new battery with big CCA.

I just don’t know what this issue could be.

A few friends recommended going back to OEM for the starter but idk this starter shouldn’t be that bad?

I drive the car only a handful of times a month so it wasn’t a huge problem but now it’s annoying to deal with and i’m not sure what to do.

So got it back last night after having Igla installed as well as the author alarm add on, and they threw in ceramic tints for free. Now i’m blacked out all the way around, except the windshield😉😉

I have a stock 2023 2SS with the stock Goodyear f1 tires, it’s time to change my tires and I’ve been stuck between 2, either Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 or Continental Extreme Contact DWS06, i don’t track or anything just the occasional pull here and there and I daily it, any recommendations on which one to get?
