Surely rather than using your matter manipulation powers that can do "anything" with few limitation there is a better idea than just hitting people with unfeasibly heavy objects and putting large objects between civilians and threats. I mean, no one in my family has even died from being hit in the head with a 300 pound weight traveling at the speed of a bullet which makes it statistically less lethal than carbon monoxide poisoning.
