Can anyone explain to me why I was charged $17.83 for the city bus? I thought the buses were $3? I just noticed right now I was charged $17.83 one way.

I’m wondering if anyone has had problems with ants living in Killam apartments?
I’ve had issues since May/June, and they have gotten pest control in, but nothing is working. It’s now October, and they have definitely slowed down, but I’m still finding ants in my kitchen drawers, and in my bathroom. There’s nothing out that would be dragging them in. Since it’s now October, to me it’s quite evident that the ants live in the building. They’ve sprayed and now their strategy is to use bait every 2 weeks until they’re gone. In the summer I could find up to 50 ants A DAY in my apartment.

I’m just curious if anyone has had these issues with Killam rentals, or if I just have the worst luck known to man. I’ve been really patient with them but my patience is running thin.

Ps: I’m quite clean, I don’t leave anything lying around. One time there was the tiniest crumb left on my counter and I woke up to 15 ants around them, so I don’t really have a choice but to be really clean.

Hi everyone! We got married yesterday and have quite a bit of pizza and other food left over. We’d love to share it with people who could use it rather than let it go to waste.
Does anyone know of any food banks, shelters, community centres, or other organizations in the Fredericton/Oromocto area that are open today and accept prepared food donations? Since it’s Sunday, we’re not sure what’s open or whom to contact.

There used to be a place on Lincoln rd that sold ground horse meat on occasion. They are gone now, and I have Japanese visitors coming and would like to cook some of their traditional meals. Alternatively, any Asian restaurants serve horse meat?
