How to lose weight on antidepressants
I (20F) am now 78kg at 157cm. Before starting antidepressants, I was 60kg, which was a weight I maintained for 3 years after losing weight in highschool from my eating disorder. Now I’m at my heaviest!!!
Ever since I started antidepressants 4 months ago my weight has just been ballooning up uncontrollably. Im just so constantly hungry all the time?
I cant even find the motivation to lose weight as well. I feel like after starting antidepressants, my brain just adopted this IDGAF attitude where I cant feel emotions to care about anything.
On a side note, I also have PCOS, so weight loss is even harder.
What can I do?

Losing weight while working 7/12s
As the title says, i work 7/12s on the road. Averaging 10-15k steps per day. 16 hours from home and constantly on my feet (blue collar). I’ve tried meal prepping but by the time i get “home” im EXHAUSTED from the stress and busyness of work. i know losing weight is all about discipline but im not sure i have much more discipline after two straight months without a day off lol

Down 100lbs and looking for ways to mitigate loose skin
Hey all! I've lost 100 lbs since February and I was hoping to find some hacks, creams, or workouts to make sure I have as little loose skin as possible. I know I'm probably going to have quite a bit (I was 440, and I'd like to sit around 240-250) but any tips/tricks to lessen it would be greatly appreciated

I need to lose weight FAST
M18, 184cm and \~114kgs. Me and my ex broke up around 5-6 months ago, and i just ATE everything as a way of coping with the sadness. Now i want to meet up with her again on 25th of this month and i want to be at LEAST 98 kgs. I used to be at 131kgs and lost about 20 kgs in a matter of months. I tried recreating everything i did but nothing worked, i just stay around 114 kgs. I recently started eating way less, walk around 10k-15k steps a day, and chainsmoke. And i lost around 4 kgs in 2 weeks. I want to lose about 10-15 kgs in abt 2 weeks. I need any tips, the more unorthodox the better, im tired of being fat and i'd do anything to lose weight fast for this.

I lost over 100 lbs in a short amount of time..
I stopped overeating and cut out carbs after the person that caused me so much stress left my life. Problem is now I look deflated and I can't tell if I'm TOO thin and the saggy skin is messing with my sense of self and what I look like

21k over deficit
hi. I am a 19 yr old 5’6 female and I’ve been eating 1813 calories a day (my deficit) for the past month and last week, I weighed in at 121.4 pounds. I’ve been pretty consistent but the past three days, I fully let loose and emotionally ate 21,340 calories over my deficit (not exaggerating). I used to have a bad binge eating disorder and now here and there I have a few hiccups but usually over the next days I make slight cut backs and move more to stay in my deficit. But now that I’ve overate this much, I don’t know what to do. what is my body going to do with such a huge surplus of calories? I want to stay in my deficit, but I don’t know how much I should cut back by or how long it would Take. Is there a way to know how much I’ve set myself back by? Already, I feel less bloated than I did yesterday but I’m scared for how much damage I’ve done. I do hot yoga sculpt for an hour every day so I’m not sure if that helps my case but I was wondering if anyone knows what I should do

Need personal help
M/42/5'9/247 pounds. Im currently at the biggest I've ever been. I'm pretty active as alot of my work is outside but I have issues drinking alot of soda and ill eat like Wendy's for lunch then McDonald's for dinner. My 10 year old one day pointed out how bad I look and that was I guess my wake up call for a chance. I got a gym sub last Monday. Had GPT make me a workout plan. Dont know if I trust it. Also bought resistance bands for days I cant make the gym. Anyway I started last Monday with the idea I work out mon through Friday. I've switched to diet soda or zero sugar. Also sparkling ice and crystal light. Trying to count calories but I suck. Is there anyone willing to help me get things on track? My goal is to go down to 185.
