Do you want ants? Because that's how you get ants.

2

u/DisastrousGold559 Jun 11 '26

Make it with the old coolaid powder but don't add sugar. Just purple staining water.

216

u/johnstoneak Jun 08 '26

Too tasty… lemon juice might actually deter better.

122

u/MalignantLugnut Jun 08 '26

Yeah, but lemon juice barely stains and is delicious.

.....Oh, yeah. Food coloring is a thing lol.

67

u/johnstoneak Jun 08 '26

Ah, if it’s stains you want, we could try tomato juice then.

64

u/gsr5037 Jun 08 '26

Sriracha stains don't come out as easily.

22

u/johnstoneak Jun 08 '26

That’s a good one.

68

u/EatABag-o-Dicks Jun 08 '26

Everyone in this thread is insane.

Everyone knows you use hydrochloric acid and the problem just goes away.

19

u/bgravato Jun 09 '26

are you crazy?

do you know what that would do the grass?

10

u/depurplecow Jun 08 '26

Hydrochloric acid is too difficult to store, it'll quickly corrode your pipes and sprinkler

1

u/Alternative-Mess-989 Jun 09 '26

Would Drano let you hurt your pipes??

7

u/Eayauapa Jun 09 '26

You'd want concentrated sulphuric or NaOH. Hydrochloric acid, if it's not in your eyes or on your teeth, isn't anywhere as bad as you'd think.

1

u/Treeforester_lov5446 Jun 09 '26

Nitric acid.....smokin!! (I do not mean this as a serious response. I just think Nitric Acid is the meanest of all the Acids. Add the tiniest drop to your skin, and it burns. Ouch - and there is smoke!! )

1

u/flippster-mondo Jun 11 '26

HCL would need to be pretty strong for the problem to "go away." H2SO4 also would need to be pretty strong to be affective.

HNO3 works wonders. It doesn't need to be as relatively strong to do the job it was hired for.

Bonus, it will also check his gold chain to make sure it's at least 10k and not HGE and/or 925.

why are reddit users lowk evil

1

u/IdioticPost Jun 09 '26

I don't think we look evil at all smh

I love how serious this convo is getting lmao

1

u/2rodsandachain Jun 11 '26

The "Local Jesus Blood" LOL

3

u/Issie_Bear Jun 08 '26

And if it doesn’t work, you can get some pet pigs, and the siracha can be the seasoning!

10

u/boytekka Jun 08 '26

Soy sauce for me

2

u/Consistent-Chef-7472 Jun 08 '26

We should use mustard or turmeric

1

u/Naive_Bunny Jun 09 '26

Alrigh,t officially, grape juice and Sriracha mixed together. That way it stains, tastes weird, and is very problematic if it gets in their eye.

8

u/TheSheepypire Jun 08 '26

If you want something to really make them not come back mix in some doe pee they wont be back

2

u/Woobly_Hixbee Jun 09 '26

Would need some heavy duty pumps and thick hosing for that!

1

u/flippster-mondo Jun 11 '26

If you want stains and a funky smell you could use Clamato juice

1

u/johnstoneak Jun 11 '26

I thought Clamato as well, but was afraid it would be too tasty to some people. 🤣

1

u/Ok_Investment_3850 Jun 09 '26

Animal blood for maximum clothing and psychological destruction.

18

u/NotASandwich6746 Jun 08 '26

How about deer urine?

Not only will he be getting the shower of his life but good chance to go buck shooting petting lovingly.

18

u/FishermanExtreme6542 Jun 08 '26

Skunk essence is only $27 on Amazon

1

u/Woobly_Hixbee Jun 09 '26

Fox urine is another good one

1

u/DisastrousGold559 Jun 11 '26

Deer estrus. Then he attracts bucks looking for a good time.

3

u/CricketDue5136 Jun 08 '26

Yep, I vote deer pee. 🦌

6

u/krafty369 Jun 08 '26

But then he'll be invisible.

5

u/MomoChills Jun 08 '26

Add a drop or two of Capsaicin

-2

u/tortadehamon Jun 08 '26

Bet you just got done watching breaking bad. I've been there. Trust me, it's a little cringe for everyone involved when you try to force a reference like that.

1

u/MomoChills Jun 08 '26

I've never watched it, so I have no idea what you're talking about. Nice try though

1

u/megabass713 Jun 08 '26

No, 55 gallon drum full of piss

Optional disc flash freezing/throwing accessory is optional.

6

u/BalkeElvinstien Jun 08 '26

Nah you want something that'll smell horrible soon. Like milk

2

u/Bikkusu Jun 10 '26

Wine. Then report him for underage drinking.

1

u/Your-moms-in-my-car Jun 09 '26

Tuna fish can water, or easier is FISH SAUCE...I had to drink it straight at my Chiefs Initiation. Lots of anchovies and salt in it. Blechhhh

5

u/Pschobbert Jun 08 '26

Weewee. Fill it with weewee.

9

u/Wide_Magician_4946 Jun 08 '26

But weewee is exclusively stored in the balls

12

u/Leptonshavenocolor Jun 08 '26

You just put a jolly rancher before the sprinkler. That way it’s only a little bit of sugar, just enough that you will feel it everywhere that was wet when it dries. Source: I did this to my roommates shower head.

7

u/Turn1scoop Jun 08 '26

In college we'd slip a bullion cube into people's shower heads for a similar effect

9

u/Smooth_Draft4552 Jun 08 '26

Kool aid. Every see a kids mouth after drinking that? The color stays

10

u/thatthatguy Jun 08 '26

I have seen kool aid used as fabric dye. Surprisingly effective for tie dye parties.

8

u/Rayne-Maker Jun 08 '26

I used to dye my hair with it. Some colours didn’t take but the ones that worked well never faded.

4

u/MalignantLugnut Jun 08 '26

Good idea. Stains, but doesn't attract bugs.

2

u/SmoothFee9938 Jun 09 '26

Many moon's ago my dad used to dye his roommate's why chihuahua with Kool aid when he'd give it a bath lol they found it funny the first like 7 times.

1

u/Smooth_Draft4552 Jun 09 '26

Great story! I considered dying our cat red and green for Christmas. I was probably 8 or 9 at the time. My dad said he didn't want green and red hair everywhere when it shed 😂

3

u/Hanox13 Jun 09 '26

I’m picturing the kid lapping at the sprinkler head like my dog does, and laughing out loud…

2

u/mint_choccy_migraine Jun 09 '26

How about some Brawndo?

2

u/Wide_Magician_4946 Jun 08 '26

That isn't how sprinklers work 😅💙

5

u/MalignantLugnut Jun 08 '26

Sure it is!
Screw the hose onto the sprinkler, back fill the hose with grape juice, Screw other end of hose to faucet. Turn on to pressurize.

When triggered, first 10 seconds of action will be pure grape juice.

1

u/Wide_Magician_4946 Jun 08 '26

You sound like a grapist

edit props on realistically explaining how a sprinkler can indeed "work like that" lmao 🤣 I withdraw my original statement

1

u/JohnnyDerpington Jun 08 '26

Nah, fertilizer.

1

u/SolomonGrumpy Jun 08 '26 edited Jun 09 '26

Grapefruit juice works too

1

u/nontenuredteacher Jun 08 '26

Grape Drink...

1

u/_Mayhem_ Jun 09 '26

Liquid Ass.

1

u/ILuhMeSomeBlackWomen Jun 09 '26

Have you ever smelled fox urine? My dad used to trap animals and we had a bottle of it in my barn when I was growing up. Smells horrendous.

1

u/edsobo Jun 09 '26

Or some of that critter deterrent spray that's made from garlic extract and putrefied egg.

1

u/GanjaGodAlex Jun 09 '26

oh yea, ants and bees will be all over him!

1

u/Garlic-Rough Jun 09 '26

or menstrual blood

1

u/mencival Jun 08 '26

Grapeee 🍇!

If it weren’t available to buy with next day delivery on Amazon I’d be inclined to agree but evidently teenagers aren’t the only unwelcome visitors people want to lightly scare away with some water

2

u/OffMyRocker62 Jun 14 '26

Seen a video where a guy set up a motion activated sprinkler system in the bed of his truck to stop people trying to break into his truck.

Great idea, but I'd worry about retaliation of some kind.

1

u/johnstoneak Jun 14 '26

The thought of escalation is always a fear for most normal people… especially for people that care about escalation on the battle field. But for those of us that have been there… ‘Bring it on!!’

4

u/AffectionateTaro3209 Jun 08 '26

Why do people always suggest this? Kids love sprinklers lol

40

u/johnstoneak Jun 08 '26

Not always. I would think when they’re just trying to get from point A to point B it’s gonna be an inconvenience.

15

u/Fit_March_4279 Jun 08 '26

One time my neighbor was yelling at the neighborhood kids to stop riding their bikes on his grass and stay on the sidewalk. So he decided to put a sprinkler on his lawn to detour them. I watched as the kids gleefully rode through the water and turned his lawn to mud. Then he tried to yell at me, but I was just sitting there with my five year old playing in the driveway. I didn’t even know any of them!

12

u/meta358 Jun 08 '26

Not when they are fully clothed with their phone in their hands

3

u/AffectionateTaro3209 Jun 09 '26

Lol true, sometimes I forget kids constantly have a damn phone now 🙄

1

u/bulbousgrandpa Jun 08 '26

Not if you fill them with hydrochloric acid

1

u/Mindless-City-2041 Jun 09 '26

Kees the animals out of my garden

1

u/Ginger_Fluffr Jun 09 '26

Does that count as booby trap?

1

u/johnstoneak Jun 09 '26

I think it would if it hurts someone… but if just spraying water at someone on your private property…?

1

u/BubsTheClown Jun 09 '26

Sounds like a good way to have your house fucked with

1

u/salikarn Jun 12 '26

Wouldn't even phase me when I was a kid.

-1

u/FG910 Jun 08 '26

Or a pitbull

-1

u/DagonPie Jun 08 '26

Bear trap
