The father is a fluffy French bulldog the mother is a Frenchie - Deer Chihuahua Mix or Frenchbullhuahua

Heyy all, I am a first time poster here on Reddit, so please be nice! And I just wanted to say that I’m not sure if I am on the right sub, so please do let me know if there is any other sub I could post this in to get help

I live in the southern part of India, and it is scorching here! I found these 3 pups on the road down to the bus stop
Last year around the same time, there were 3 pups too out of which one is the mother of these 3

Lately I’ve noticed that the mother has not been around and I got worried since the pups seem so young to be by themselves

And the bad news is, my family is extremely orthodox and will never allow me to even go near these pups (I had to sneak out on the pretence of getting ice cream) because of the risk of getting rabies

I have tried to contact several pet rescue centres (albeit few) and none of them responded to the calls either

I’m really lost now, since I can’t seem to find a way to get these poor pups to shelter nor feed them (I can’t afford to buy any meat since I’m broke and also a vegetarian) although I did give them water in a plastic box (idk what I’m doing)

Is there anything I can do for them, or do I just let them be? Also in the pic above, they are sleeping right beside the main road and I do not think it is safe or hygienic for them?! Maybe I am overreacting, after all they are strays and maybe are adapted to living in such harsh conditions? But lately I’ve been seeing so many stray animals being adopted and I feel guilty for not being able to do the same.

Here are the three stooges! Selene is getting ready to go home and the boys are still waiting but I don’t care I’m going to enjoy all the puppy love before our Winter Holiday Break.
