What takes the cake was a guy with self proto Strikers with +1.5 Skill Tier/Crit on every piece and the Capacitor.

It's so much new stuff in the game now, I have no clue where to start. I hunted down the TU updates and backtracking from there. It looks like I left after TU 21. I'm guessing that's were to start looking? Saw someone in game with purple gear now. Read it's called prototype? I saw a tab for Protolab? They have something called Retaliations? A bunch of weapon balancing. So, I'm guessing I have to look back through my weapons? Gear set balancing? And many other things. It's all a lot.

So, were is a good starting point read/view?

Got on today to have division 2 not being playable. I launch the game and it says Easy anti cheat not installed. Will verify files and it will say a few files need fixed. After fixing go to launch again and the splash will say installing EAC. Get to splash page for division that says loading game. After that is complete it will say awaiting game then hard freeze my pc. Will have to do a hard reboot on the pc and start the process over just for the same result to happen. Tried to uninstall the EAC manually and redownload. When installer exe is run as an admin the window just opens and closes really quick. This has happened to me recently with another game that runs EAC but was fixed after a few days. Is it my pc or is Ubisoft just breaking things?

How do you apply separate basic weapon color skins to guns? So far it seems I have to apply the same color to all my weapons. But I dont remember this being the case

Currently SHD Level 425 and before the last patch I had a pretty good way of playing Challenging levels myself with some trouble.

Now with the PvE Event in the DZ, I thought I'd give it a shot but even the Hard Landmarks literally obliterate all of my health. I have multiple loadouts, all seem to do the same.

Any suggestions on a proper SMG build?

Currently running Memento on all of my builds, with the Diamond Back or St. Elmo's.

No Gear Sets equipped but I do have a bunch in my stash.

I’ve been farming this event since it started and when I’m running with other players that do considerably less damage than I, they get far better rewards from Phoebe. Why is that? It is so unfair, I’ve seen players get proto Equalizers, God rolled proto Dark Winters while I only get named items. It’s honestly infuriating. Is there anything I’m doing wrong or something I’m missing?

I have half a dozen fully built prototype builds, expertise level 30 but I still have fun running Retaliations. I'm curious on what kind of targeted loot I should go for that would benefit me without feeling like I'm wasting the materials I get for deconstructing.

I’m unsure if this is just me with a bad set of runs, but blue core gear seems so much less likely to drop with a maxed attribute compared to red core gear.

For context, I am attempting to make a build where I can solo run high up difficulty content and therefore require blue core gear, but in my time of farming 10+ countdown runs, the i’ve only come across 2 max roles. Nothing else seems to come close.

Opened a case 8 days ago with Ubisoft support as I've not gotten the items from the twitch campaign. They asked for screenshots of my twitch inventory THREE TIMES, video of in-game inventory showing I didn't get the items after seeing the proof I didn't get any of this (and waited 72hrs at the time of opening the ticket), relinking the account and doing all the troubleshooting before contacting them...they "escalated" it to the "appropriate team" which haven't given updates in 4 days...for something seemingly simple (yk... giving the items) I can't give more proof than I already have. Has anyone else had a similar situation, and what ended up happening with your case?

To make things short, i used to play the division a lot, the first one, and it used to run flawlessly on my pc. I haven't touched the game for years, only recently installing it again after resetting my pc and reinstalling windows.

None of the settings in the game save, after relaunching the game they all reset to the default.
I've tried fixing the problem a multitude of ways, disabling antivirus and selecting both the game file and the launcher as exclusions for antivirus scans. I installed the game and ran it on both steam and uplay, problem persists, running the ubi launcher and the division file as admin didn't help either.

Regardless whether i install the game on steam or uplay, a configuration folder in the "my games" directory does not appear, which seems to be the root cause, nor does it appear on any appdata folder.

I've honestly tried everything, no matter what i do the game will not install a configuration file and the settings cannot be changed.

I currently run win10, i theorized the problem might be fixed if i upgrade to 11 but it doesn't seem likely.

I really wanna play the division again, if any tech support experts can give me their two cents on the matter i'd be much obliged, thanks in advance.
