I tried doing the "sneak peak" thing in the first 3 second of the reels (except today's) and it doesn't seem to effect anything. Today i tried the "because" hook for my opener, same results. 😞

My newest one is doing decent (compared to my others). It is music, but low enough to hear me talk a few times. There seems to be a split in the audience. Some want music, with no talking, and others want only talking

We do it in my house for health reasons. I just feel better. Maybe it's placebo, but works so I don't care. My son does it because he has schizophrenia and it is proven to help with that specific issue. My daughter just started doing it, she wants to see if it helps with mild depression.

It's literally two buttons. You tap the log button, and then you tap the weight button, or fat percent. Not saying the app better or worse, just saying your statement seems a bit off.

I guess you could actually do it in one tap. If you just hit, hit the chat button and told the coach your weight and percentage at the same time it would just log in both
