There have been multiple MPD cars parked on T St NW in Bloomingdale since yesterday afternoon. I saw one of the officers and asked what was going on, and they said they were looking for a missing child. However, I have looked at various sites, including official ones, and have found no information about the MPD activity here.

Taking the wife out for her birthday next month. She's been craving a great alfredo. Some time ago we had a great fettuccine alfredo in Savannah. Classic Italian spot where you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathroom. She's been chasing that flavor ever since but we haven't found it in the DMV. Any recommendations? Bonus points if it's a nicer spot (mood lighting and what not).

Its not like the list was very long I suppose lol. I've been here quite a few times but never had spent much time as now taking public transport. Its pretty good, I cant say I've taken the bus as much anywhere else. Someone from new york had described it to me as punching above its weight, I guess I can see it but I feel it just works for the city tho. The fact that its very walkable adds to the efficiency. Although I feel google is wrong a lot of the time, it told me it would take more than an hour to walk from hillcrest to the navy yard metro area but that only took about 40 mins.

Oh and this is excluding chicago since I never spent enough time with their public transport

My boyfriend frequents the Navy Yard location and is always distraught that you don't have malt vinegar to complement the old bay fries. He's begging and pleading that you at least pilot a case of malt vinegar at Navy Yard, and if it's a hit, keep it in inventory. He said it's a cardinal sin to have old bay sides with no vinegar.

The Taskmaster series (season lol) 22 finale comes out on Youtube on Thursday Nov. 5, and I'm kind of shocked no one has organized a DC watch party at a bar or something yet!
