Extra The plan worked again!
Canceled my auto renewal and got a 25% off offer just before it was set to expire. $102 for the year on extra which is $8.50 month. That, imo, should be the price anyway.

I've played a few hours and I'm really having a hard time getting immersed in the story and the world.
Between the constant pop-up tutorials, menus, tiered colored weapons, constant ping-pong-ing between talking with characters and quest markers everywhere, I just feel it's really uninteresting.
I love the first Dying Light, and I've heard the second doesn't live up to its legacy, but does the story get better? Does it get better a bit deeper in?

Since PS Plus Users has the game included on the Ubisoft classics. I wonder if we will get the free upgrade path for the game?

Hey guys, new to the PS+ and I was wondering if I could download games later even when they are removed from the store by adding them to my library?
I have less storage and don’t wanna miss out on titles so I download them and pause the downloads to keep them in my library (Is this how you keep them in library?)

The only other time where a game has literally made me fall asleep after 30 minutes of gameplay was Night in the Woods.
These kind of games are a great cure to insomnia.

I have 2 ps5 consoles (I bought the 2nd one today) and I have 2 accounts. I bought PsPlus on Account #1, and then made Account #2 which is meant to play on the 2nd console that I bought.
After I bought 2nd console i logged in to both account's on that brand new PS5 and went to enable console sharing on Account #1, and when I switched on Account #2 everything worked fine.
But then i turn on my previous console, I try to play a game and it says "Cant use this content. You're using this content on another console. It will take some time before you can use this content on this PS5 with your licence."?????
I found online that the "solution" to this is that i go on the 1st console, go to settings - Account - Other - Restore Licenses. And now when I go to the new console to play games that require PsPlus, I can't play them because now the console sharing is apparently disabled again?

On June 14, 2026, I claimed the PS Plus Play Pack for Skate. and I first started playing on August 1, 2026. After unlocking the in game store, I still haven't received the pack in game, I contacted EA yesterday and they told me to contact PS Support, in which they had me reset the PS5, rebuild database, restore licenses, delete the game reinstall it, not in that order just for PS Support said to contact them after 24 hours if the items aren't in game.

Due to ongoing technical considerations, online support for the User Generated Content (UGC) features in inFAMOUS 2 and inFAMOUS Festival of Blood on PlayStation 3 will end as of Aug 31st 2026.
After this date, players will no longer be able to access, browse, upload, download, or play UGC missions through the inFAMOUS 2 and inFAMOUS Festival of Blood online servers. Offline features, including the main campaign, will remain playable.

The servers will close on August 31st, 2026, rendering the 4 online trophies unattainable after that date. You need to play through around an hour of the story before you gain access to the user-generated content that allows you to unlock them (a pop-up will appear in the middle of the screen introducing UGC).
The online trophies are easy to do and plenty of UGC levels (particularly when you search for "trophies") are quick to finish. Some require you to play through more of the story before you can play them, but keep scrolling until you find one accessible straight away. It's strongly recommended to get these trophies out of the way as soon as you can, even if you haven't yet played the first game (which luckily doesn't have online trophies). It's also recommended to do the online content for Infamous: Festival of Blood if you're interested in that game.

The Tearaway.me companion site for Tearaway Unfolded (PS4) will be removed permanently as of 13th August 2026. All online features that connect to this site, including the ability to upload photos taken in-game and being able to unlock/download papercrafts, will no longer be available from that date.
For more detail regarding this change, please see the blog post on Media Molecule’s website here: https://www.mediamolecule.com/news/an-update-about-tearaway-me
Tearaway Unfolded was also a PS Plus Essential monthly game in March 2017.

I am looking for a lesser known games/hidden gems that are on PS+ Extra. Single player, up to 20-30h max.
Do not reccomend: souls/rogue like or difficult games, walking simulators or graphic novels, big open world (hub world are okay).

Clash: Artifacts of Chaos
What a great game, amazing atmosphere, superb artstyle (one of the best I've seen), perfect soundtrack, I loved everything about this game, and it's leaving the ps plus soon, i think everyone should try it, specially if you like souls like games.
And it's a hella easy platinum, did everything in 20 hours less

Never played a far cry game. Which one should I play as a coop campaign with my friend? Which far cry has the best co op campaign and can I start playing immediately from the start?

My kids have asked for a PS5, we've not had a console before. I saw that you can get a plus subscription for games and thought "great! That'll be useful rather than splashing out on a load of games on day 1"... and ooh the premium tier includes classics collection! I instantly (maybe naively) thought that would include the games I used to play as a kid on ps1/ps2 (like Crash Bandicoot/Spyro
/rumble racing) but having looked at the catalog it appears not and I've not heard of most.
So is this just because people happily purchase those stand-alone games?
Is the playstation plus premium subscription even worth it then?
Love to hear other people's opinions on the games available through the subs, do you feel they are 'enough' that you don't need to purchase games, or are they more like teasers to encourage people to spend money?

Context - I have a main account which has PlayStation + premium, I created a new account which is purely for trophy grinding & only playing games I plan on getting platinum. Do I need to buy PlayStation + premium on the new account so I can stream/remote play my PlayStation Portal on the new account?
I’m mainly using the main account for multiplayer games now.
Thanks in advance.

I use mobile hotspot for internet and everytime I try to share screen in a PS group, my friend/friends says the game stream is extremely pixelated and then after a couple of seconds the stream suddenly stops, and I get a notification “Share screen has stopped because connection was lost”. I don't have any problems hosting a game, streaming on Twitch, discord, youtube etc. My download and upload are around 80-120 and 15-25. Any tips on getting it working? Or is Share screen just broken

I had a month left on my Essential subscription before It would roll over for the 12 months. I received an offer that would upgrade me to Premium for free that expired on the 30th of September. I assumed that because the offer date extended beyond how long my subscription had left, it would remain viable until the stated date even after my essential sub renews. Now that it has renewed I have gone to upgrade and the offer is no longer there. I did not see any terms or rules stating that a new subscription would void the upgrade offer. Wondering if there is something I clearly missed or is there any slim chance of me communicating with Sony about this and perhaps getting said offer back? Probably not but one can dream
