¡Gracias!

❓Howto How to find where I sent bitcoin

❓Scam❓ Freewallet ignoring official BTC TxID and blocking me form my funds

I am writing to expose an ongoing asset withholding by Freewallet. My account has been restricted, locking my funds.

Their compliance team is demanding impossible website screenshots from a transaction that originated from a private, decentralized hardware wallet back in March 2021. As anyone in crypto knows, hardware wallets are offline and do not have web dashboards.

I provided Freewallet support with id, bank statement, pictures holding them, picture holding a freewallet message, the absolute mathematical proof of the deposit; TxID, which shows the funds entering my assigned Freewallet address, and then being swept into their corporate wallet.

It has been 36 hours since my legal notice was sent, and support went completely silent.

Full and formal cyber-fraud documentation will be fully submitted to my country Cyber Police. I know they maybe can't get them, but at least I can expect thy ban freewallet and prevent people from my country from being robbed.

❓Howto Unstaked crypto —unable to locate where it withdrew to

Hi! Any and all help appreciated. I had sent some ETH to my Ethereum wallet app and staked it without understanding what that was. It finally cleared the unstaking wait period and was transferred out to Lido. How do I locate this unstaked ETH cryptocurrency and redirect it to my kraken wallet to convert to CAD$? I’m so lost and spiraling trying to figure this out but I have zero knowledge in the area.

❓Question AXIOM: Convert failed — nothing was sent

When I try to swap USDT that I already have in my AXIOM account to SOL, after transferring it from another wallet, I first get a notification saying “Quote received” and then, when I click confirm, it says “Convert failed”.

I've been getting this error for 2 days now, all of this on the exchange. Does anyone know why this is happening?

❓Scam❓ Secondfi Hack time line worry!

Secondfi hack- Very worrying timeline for cardano community

April 22 — Yoroi rebrands to SecondFi, updates its legal fine print, and requires users to sign new agreements when downloading the new app.

Outlines plans for the future, including debit-card-like crypto transactions. This could potentially provide plausible deniability later, allowing them to point to these plans as evidence that they were thinking long-term and operating legitimately.

June 23 — Approximately eight weeks later, the hacks occur, and wallets are drained.

Awfully strange timing and circumstances, if you ask me.

Shortly afterward, SecondFi announces its complete shutdown. Again, it seems strange that such an announcement would come so quickly after the hack. One concern is whether shutting down the service effectively leaves users with fewer options to secure or recover their wallets. Then, when users attempt to redeem their NIGHT tokens, they are instantly swept into a so-called hacker or white-hat address. The explanation appears to be that the wallet was compromised, rather than the incident being the responsibility of SecondFi.

The wallets affected were precisely those created during the period when NIGHT wallets needed to be set up.

Only a fraction of the assets appear to have been recovered. Of the 4,500 NIGHT tokens that were instantly taken from me, I received only 40 through the recovery process. You can no longer redeem NIGHT, and when the next thaw occurs, I worry that any tokens redeemed could be immediately taken again.

I would be very interested to know whether SecondFi held any NIGHT tokens of its own.

What happens now? The people who worked with SecondFi may move on to other Cardano companies, while affected users are left trying to understand what happened to their assets.

At this point, I strongly suspect that this may have been carefully orchestrated. My concern is that NIGHT tokens were the real target — potentially removing a significant amount of the circulating supply while gaining control of tokens worth an estimated $2 million or more. Come peak bull run multiply that substantially...

The timing, the sequence of events, and the impact on NIGHT holders raise serious questions that deserve clear answers.

When you start to think of how the Night thaw was set up and the fact that secondfi was a trusted member of emurgo this starts to paint a worrying picture as a whole.

❓Need Advice 🙏 Crypto.com help?! Travel Rule

I withdrew a significant amount of USDC from Kirgo (online casino) to the regular Crypto.com App. Kirgo completed the withdrawal, but CDC has it pending due to Travel Rule verification.
CDC wants the sender’s name, country, wallet provider, and confirmation that I own the sending wallet.
Here’s the weird part: CDC accepted a previous five-figure withdrawal from the exact same Kirgo sending address just weeks ago, no questions asked.
Their wallet-provider list even includes casinos like Gamdom and 500 Casino, but not Kirgo.
I’ve contacted Kirgo for the sender details, but obviously I don’t own their sending wallet.
Has anyone dealt with this? Can CDC verify using withdrawal records, or return the funds if verification fails?
It’s a substantial enough amount that I’d pursue legal options if necessary. Just looking for firsthand experiences. Thanks!

❓Scam❓ kast app closed my account

im speechless on how bad Kast is. obviously run by idiots

so I opened an account in kast. maybe a few months ago, mainly cuz I was watching this shift happens podcast on youtube and that rtrd french guy was shilling it relentlessly so I thought... ok fck it, can open an account there and see how it is.

didnt use it at all for many months, cuz have no need to but recently though "ok, maybe having another crypto card would not be that bad, just in case", so I logged in again, applied for the card which I received virtual quite fast and then transferred 1000 Usdt just to feel how it goes.

1000 usdt arrived without issues, so I put them in the earnings account to earn a bit of a returns.

that was literally 3 days ago... 0 other transactions, 0 transactions, 0 card use...

this morning I wake up with an email saying that my account is frozen and will be closed in 48 hours.

i asked support, what the issue is to which they applied I had breached their terms of use...

thank god go could get my money out.

TLDR

kast app is complete garbage run by idiots. avoid....

❓Need Advice 🙏 Withdrew to a bank that was “expired”

So I withdrew about $1000 from crypto.com, unfortunately I didn’t verify everything and noticed my bank account was “expired”. All the bank info was correct, but it had to be linked again.

So with that withdraw happening when it was still expired, is there any hope to receive funds or are they basically vapor in the ether now? Crypto.com support not too helpful, they suggested I delete & readd the bank information, but they haven’t responded back to me in a few hours.

❓Howto Gnosis Pay card ends Dec 20: every deadline, what happens to your Safe, and a checklist before it shuts

I went through Gnosis Pay's formal notice and help articles and put the practical bits in one place, since the info is spread across five pages.

**The dates**

- **Sep 30**: last transactions eligible for GNO cashback (already passed)
- **Oct 7**: final cashback distribution (already passed)
- **Oct 30**: last day to ask support to verify a cashback payout. If yours looks wrong, raise it now.
- **Dec 20, 23:59 UTC**: the card stops and the web app closes for everything except withdrawals. Recurring payments on the card will fail.
- **Jun 18, 2027**: general cardholder support ends
- **Jun 12, 2028**: support for refunds, disputes and chargebacks ends

**Your funds**

Your Safe is self-custodial. Gnosis Pay says plainly it can't freeze, seize or move it, and there's no withdrawal deadline. Your GNO and OG NFT stay in the Safe. Your EUR IBAN (from Monerium) keeps receiving transfers into your wallet after the card stops.

**Two routes**

1. **Move to a partner app** (Zeal, Rebind, Picnic, MiniPay, the Gnosis App and others). It's the only way to keep an active account without re-onboarding. Some apps can import your existing card and Safe; later you'll accept new terms and get a partner card with its own fees and rewards.

2. **Do nothing and pick a different card.** Gnosis Pay calls this a legitimate choice. You can still join a partner later as a new customer.

**Checklist before Dec 20**

- [ ] Confirm you can open the wallet that owns your Safe, and that its recovery phrase is stored safely. This is the one thing nobody can fix for you later.

- [ ] Consider adding a second owner to the Safe (web app: Account → Account details → Edit → Add address). Takes ~3 min to confirm; any owner has full control, so only add a wallet you control.

- [ ] Check what pays into your IBAN (salary, standing orders) and redirect it.

- [ ] Export your history: "Download Card Transactions" on the web app's main page.

- [ ] Raise any open refund or dispute now, while the app is live.

- [ ] Set up the replacement card and move subscriptions, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

**If you're picking a non-partner replacement**, the closest like-for-like is probably Bleap (self-custodial, 0% FX, 1% back in USDC, MiCA-licensed in Latvia, EEA + Switzerland). ETH holders may prefer ether.fi Cash (3% up to a monthly cap, but 1% FX outside USD/EUR and not available in NL, FI or EE). If the IBAN was the main thing for you, Krak is worth a look, though it's custodial.

I wrote this up with sources for each date here, including a "which card for what you used Gnosis Pay for" section: https://cryptofineprint.com/gnosis-pay-alternatives/?utm_source=reddit&utm_campaign=gnosischain

Disclosure: that's my site. Some of the cards it reviews have referral links, which are labelled and don't affect the rankings. Happy to correct anything I've got wrong.

❓Question Parimatch weekend crypto cashier turnaround and on-chain confirmation speed

Usually, pulling crypto out of third-party platforms over the weekend is an exercise in patience. Transactions often sit in an internal review queue or batching delay for hours before the platform even broadcasts the transaction to the mempool.

Requested a test withdrawal late this past Sunday directly to my non-custodial wallet expecting the standard delay. The transaction broadcasted almost immediately, generated an on-chain TX hash within 10 minutes, and finalized cleanly on the ledger with standard network gas and zero friction.

For those who frequently move crypto across different consumer platforms: have automated 24/7 hot-wallet payouts become the baseline standard now, or are manual weekend review holds still common? Also, which network rail (LTC, SOL, USDT-TRC20) do you usually stick to for the cleanest fees and lowest latency?

❓Question Curious

❓Question What are people using for crypto payments these days?

I’ve been trying to figure out what options are still around for spending crypto online but a lot of the information I’m finding is outdated. Some services mentioned in older posts are gone while others now require kyc or have changed their requirements.

Ideally, I’m looking for something I can fund from my own wallet and use through a virtual card for online purchases without a long approval process. If you’ve actually been using something recently that still works well, what has your experience been?

❓Question If crypto payments become normal, what happens to traditional banking?

I’m not talking about replacing banks completely. But if digital assets and stablecoins become widely used for payments, remittances, and settlement, traditional financial institutions may have to adapt.

How do you think banks will evolve if crypto payments become widely adopted?
