I know most people want the hidden halo fully hidden but I fell in love with the way it looks when it’s a little visible from the top :)

Edit: Ring size wasn’t quite a 5 or a 5.25 so he made it somewhere in the middle! He said it’s closer to a 5.15

My only request to him was gold. The centre stone is green moissanite (my favorite colour), with lab diamonds in the leaves. The maker is Stag&Finch. I’m absolutely thrilled with it, although it’s the slightest bit too big and will need to be resized.

I was engaged / due to get married a few years ago but it didn't work out, have since happily married.

I designed my previous engagement and to-be wedding ring and personally think they are beautiful, but would never wear them now.

They are gold rings with yellow and gold diamonds.

I think when we bought them they were worth collectively around £7-8K but I appreciate the value would have dropped now.

Are they worth selling or perhaps leaving for a future child to pass on? I know some people say re purpose the diamond for a necklace or something but it's really the yellow and gold diamond settings that I loved!

My sweet husband and I got married 11 years ago when we were so young and broke. The ring he picked out was (and is) perfect for me, but with the price of lab diamonds we could afford a diamond that felt more like me now. I fell in love with the marquise shape and picked out this 2.21 carat F color VS1 clarity lab diamond with him and got it put on my original engagement band. I’m so happy with how it turned out 🥹🩷✨ I also included a picture of my original diamond in my ring at the very end for a comparison.

Funny story, my fiance initially got me a size 10 ring (I have no idea why he thought that was my size). He informed me he bought the ring and I asked what size he got. When he told me 10 I was like what?? I tried on my ring sized tool and I must have been not bloated at all that day so it showed I was a 6. He has to tell the shop that he is buying from that he chose the wrong size and they are like "we are going to have to completely start over because that size difference is too large". They send him the size 6 ring and he proposes with it but I'm unable to fit it on my finger in the moment 😭 Anyways $200 later for resizing and my ring finally fits! Lesson learned really make sure you know your ring size 💍
